The method may include providing an interface module configured for downloading to an electronic mobile device as a mobile app and configured for display on a display screen of the electronic mobile device, and receiving, via the interface module, information relating to a request for a service, the information including at least one of written text, a photo, a video, and an audio file. Upon activation by a user, the information relating to the request may be transmitted to a remotely located backend module. The transmitted information relating to the request may be analyzed for determining how to complete the requested service.

This disclosure relates to systems and methods for processing electronic payments for customer purchases. In some implementations, a mobile computing device receives a payment request identifying a sales transaction between a merchant and a customer. The payment request indicates a purchase amount owed by the customer to the merchant, and carries a set of instructions. The mobile computing device activates a card reader based at least in part on the set of instructions, receives customer authorization for electronic payment of the purchase amount, instructs the card reader to process a credit card for the purchase amount based on receiving the customer authorization, and receives confirmation of payment of the purchase amount from the card reader.

Various embodiments include methods, and computing devices configured to implement the methods, for anomaly monitoring using context-based sensor output correlation. A computing device may obtain output of a first sensor and may determine that an anomaly is likely to occur based on the obtained output of the first sensor. The computing device may transmit a message indicating that the anomaly is likely to occur, causing receiving computing devices to begin logging output of sensors of the receiving computing devices. The computing device may determine whether the anomaly did occur. If the anomaly did occur, the computing device may transmit a sensor output request. Nearby computing devices may receive this sensor output request and may transmit collected sensor data to the first computing device. The first computing device may receive the sensor output collected by the various receiving devices and may correlate the first sensor output with the received sensor output.
