METHOD, SYSTEM, AND DEVICE FOR CLOUD VOICE QUALITY MONITORING
Systems and methods for communications are disclosed. The systems and methods can monitor a cloud-based voice over internet protocol (VoIP) calling system to determine an active call. The systems and methods can also analyze the active call to determine an indication of call quality, the analyzing occurring during the active call. Additionally, the systems and methods can compare the indication of call quality to a quality threshold. The compare can occur during the active call to determine when the active call has a poor call quality. The systems and methods can also report the poor call quality based on the comparing the indication of call quality to the quality threshold.
VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL (VOIP) CALL QUALITY
A method for improving Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) call quality is disclosed. The method includes detecting, at a first computing device, a delay in receiving content data during a first media exchange. The first media exchange uses a first port. The method further includes automatically selecting a second port. The method also includes sending a port change notification featuring a port number of the second port to a second computing device. In some embodiments, the method further includes initiating a second media exchange using the second port.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF VOICEPRINT GENERATION AND USE IN ENFORCING COMPLIANCE POLICIES
A system, method and non-transitory computer readable medium for generating a voiceprint for a call participant are disclosed, wherein an audio recording or communication session is received, the quality of the audio recording is analyzed, and if determined to be of sufficient quality, the audio recording is separated into speech for each call participant, which may be further analyzed to generate a voiceprint for each participant. The voiceprint that is generated may be used to identify the participant in other historical recordings or in an active communications session, and upon such an identification, one or more compliance or data protection policies may be applied.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DEPLOYMENT
A system for quickly deploying QM systems in contact centers is provided. A user or administrator can quickly install a QM application on a deployment server. The administrator can provide the QM application access to the contact center data where the QM application can import data from the contact center routing system about one or more customers, agents, queues, teams, and any other information or items typically associated with contact center routing systems. The imported data may also include presence data about the agents, teams, and customers. Based on the imported data, the QM application may execute one or more workflows to automatically determine information such as evaluation frequency and coaching frequency about the agents and teams, or to create or select quality forms to use for the evaluation one or more agents, teams, or contacts.

Testing configuration for assessing user-agent communication
A process generates, at a computer-implemented service provider platform, a simulated user request for a service. Further, the process sends, from the computer-implemented service provider platform to a computing device associated with an agent, the simulated user request for a service. Additionally, the process performs, with a processor at the computer-implemented service provider platform, an assessment of agent responsiveness to the simulated user request for the service. Finally, the process automatically generates, with the processor at the computer-implemented service provider platform, one or more actions based on the assessment.
Soft drop indicator based on UE triggers
A user equipment (UE) that is attempting to place a call, or is engaged in an active call, can monitor for the occurrence of soft drop conditions that may reflect a bad user experience. Upon such a soft drop condition, the UE can activate soft drop trigger. If a user provides input to manually terminate the call while the soft drop trigger is active, the UE can consider the manual call termination to be a soft drop due the bad user experience. The UE can provide a notification to a telecommunication network indicating that the manual call termination is a soft drop due to a particular soft drop condition, such that the telecommunication network can investigate and/or remedy causes of the soft drop.
Customer service learning machine
Techniques are described for training a learning machine. One of these methods includes tracking interactions between a customer and customer service agents. The method includes generating a training set based on the tracked interactions. The method also includes generating a trained learning machine comprising training a learning machine using the training set.
