A communication method includes receiving a query request sent by a basic communication server, the query request including at least one of a current calling number or an intermediate communication number; finding target binding information corresponding to a communication number included in the query request from stored binding information according to the query request, the target binding information including a calling number and a called number that are bound to the intermediate communication number; setting up number information, the number information including at least the called number included in the target binding information; and sending the number information to the basic communication server. The communication method can effectively protect the privacy of users.
Call limiting using burst detection
Described are techniques including a computer-implemented method of maintaining a list of newly assigned phone numbers. The method further comprises intermittently removing phone numbers from the list of newly assigned phone numbers. The method further comprises determining that a newly assigned phone number initiates a number of calls per unit time that exceeds a threshold number of calls per unit time. The method further comprises automatically flagging the newly assigned phone number as a possible robocaller.

Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, computer program products, and the like, for managing software telephones and telephone services, such as customer service support or sales, for multiple clients. Methods consistent with the present disclosure may be implemented as non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, where a processor executes instructions out of a memory when services are provided or organized during a telephone call or a text message communication session. In general, a telephone or text messaging service may be managed along multiple different components including origination services, platform services, and termination services without introducing additional conferencing and/or secondary voice conferencing sessions to calls between clients and respective customers.
Country-specific telephone number system analysis system using machine learning technique, and telephone connection method using same
Provided is a country-specific telephone number system analysis system. The system includes a telephone number system analysis logic server; a number analysis machine learning system; a country-specific international call service provider information database; a country-specific telephone number system information database; and a telephone call connection logic database. The telephone number system analysis logic server receives a target telephone number of a telephone call from a user terminal, and checks whether the target telephone number conforms to an international telephone number system protocol. When it is determined that the target telephone number does not conform to the international telephone number system protocol, the number analysis machine learning system identifies a country corresponding to the target telephone number by accessing the country-specific telephone number system information database. When the country and an international call service provider are identified by the number analysis machine learning system, the target telephone number is dialed after adding a dial code of the international call service provider and a country code as prefixes before the target telephone number, based on the telephone call connection logic database.

Optimizing a number pool for dynamic number insertion (DNI) used for call attribution is achieved by considering physical characteristics of the DNI number assigned to a specific channel versus characteristics of consumers within that channelsuch as by identifying more optimum DNI number characteristics and modifying a DNI number pool based on the more optimum DNI number characteristicsin order to make more optimized DNI number assignments.
Method and apparatus for provisioning a scalable communications network
A method that incorporates teachings of the subject disclosure may include, for example, determining at a first directory server of a first regional call processing system whether a new name authority pointer associated with a telephone number is within a first geographic region of the first regional call processing system, transmitting the new name authority pointer to a first name server of the first regional call processing system for provisioning the name authority pointer to the first name server responsive to determining that the telephone number is located within the first geographic region, and transmitting the new name authority pointer to a second directory server for provisioning the new name authority pointer to a second name server of a second regional call processing system responsive to determining that the telephone number is not located within the first geographic region. Other embodiments are disclosed.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SERVICE DELIVERY
A system and method for an interruption free copper cable interception and re-routing from an existing service to a new service avoiding transmission effects during the changeover is provided. The system uses a tap line and one or more termination modules to disconnect the existing service before new service is added. Test access is also provided through use of the termination module. Non-active pairs of wires are eliminated during re-routing from an existing service to a new service. Further systems and methods are provided for removing the termination module.

An interaction method includes receiving an order request sent by a first communication terminal, and acquiring a first communication number according to the order request; allocating a second communication number to the first communication number, and setting a correlation between the first communication number and the second communication number; sending first correlation information to a basic communication server, the first correlation information carrying the first communication number and the second communication number; binding the second communication number with the order request; issuing the order request, the order request carrying the second communication number; receiving response information sent by a second communication terminal, and obtaining a third communication number according to the response information; and sending second correlation information to the basic communication server, the second correlation information carrying at least the second communication number and the third communication number. The interaction method effectively protects user privacy.
Automated bulk provisioning of primary rate interface and SIP trunk telephone numbers
A broadband provisioning system configured for bulk provisioning of communications services is provided. The system includes an order manager that includes machine executable instructions stored on machine readable media, the instructions for: receiving a request to provision a plurality of telephone numbers with communications services; creating details for the request and setting an initial state for the request; and upon commencement of processing of the request, updating the state of the request to indicate ongoing processing, provisioning each telephone number in the request by associating resources therewith, and updating a status for each telephone number provisioned; and upon completion of processing, changing the state of the request to indicate completion.
VOICE CALL IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION BASED ON APPLICATION USAGE
Systems and methods providing call identification and authentication. In one implementation, a pool of phone numbers is maintained. A request for a phone number for initiating a voice call is received from a client device. A first phone number from the pool of phone numbers is transmitted to the client device. Responsive to receiving, from the client device, the voice call at the first phone number, the client device is declared authenticated.
