SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING APPLICATION DATA FROM CALL DATA
Systems and methods are provided for generating application data from call data. In one implementation, a method includes acquiring call data from a call-data source with a call-data aggregator; modifying a portion of the call data with a call-data modifier; and generating application data from the portion of the call data. Application data may be configured for diagram generation. The diagram may graphically indicate call volume in branches of an interactive voice response (IVR) system map. The diagram may be a flow diagram including a connector associated with a branch of the IVR system map and the connector may have a width proportional to a call volume in the branch of the IVR system map. The diagram may indicate call-portion durations, which may be associated with a phase of a call and which may have a color associated with a phase of a call.

Graphical user interface generation using a hierarchy
One or more embodiments related to a method of generating a graphical user interface. The method includes obtaining a metric interface hierarchy having multiple nodes, where each node defines a visualization for the node, and the metric interface hierarchy defines an ordering on the nodes. The method further includes traversing the metric interface hierarchy starting with a selected node to obtain a subhierarchy, and creating the graphical user interface from a general interface by populating the general interface with the visualization from each node in the subhierarchy according to the ordering. The method further includes providing the graphical user interface.

TOLL-FREE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
A Toll-Free Management Platform (TFMP) includes methods and systems for number administration, customer administration, call management services, texting services and text registry, and a smart services registry. The TFMP may allow users to receive through a web-based interface, an activate request from a user, wherein the request includes at least a customer record template reference and an indication of when to active a toll-free telecommunications number associated with the request. The request may include at least one IP address datum associated with the toll-free telecommunications number. A user interface may allow activating a toll-free number, and users may access the TFMP to create and access existing templates of toll-free call routing templates, and utilize a routing tree engine to create customized call routing trees for the toll-free numbers of interest to the user.

Machine intelligent isolation of international calling performance degradation
The disclosed system identifies international calling performance issues of a wireless telecommunication network. The system receives network traffic data for international calls including information about call attempts to a country. The system categorizes the country into a major category and a minor category based on the call attempts information. For a subset of countries, and for each key performance indicator in a subset of selected key performance indicators, the system monitors performance using an anomaly detection model to identify an anomaly in network performance, determines an actual value of the key performance indicator for the detected anomaly, and computes a variation value of the determined actual value based on a predicted range of values. The system ranks countries using the computed variation values, to indicate problematic parts of the wireless telecommunication network.
