Split-type mobile terminal and interaction processing method for communications event
The present invention provides a split-type mobile terminal which includes a host and at least one sub-device connected to the host. Wherein, the host includes: a state obtaining unit (102A) configured to obtain a real-time state of the host when a communications event occurs in the host; a state determining unit (102B) configured to determine whether or not the real-time state is a preset interactive state; a data interacting unit (102C) configured to send a response command to at least one of the at least one sub-device if the determining result is yes; and a host processing unit (102D) configured to directly respond to the communications event if the determining result is no. Each sub-device includes a sub-device processing unit (1040) configured to respond to the communications event according to the received respond command. The present invention further provides an interaction processing method for a communications event.
Automated bulk provisioning of primary rate interface and SIP trunk telephone numbers
A broadband provisioning system configured for bulk provisioning of communications services is provided. The system includes an order manager that includes machine executable instructions stored on machine readable media, the instructions for: receiving a request to provision a plurality of telephone numbers with communications services; creating details for the request and setting an initial state for the request; and upon commencement of processing of the request, updating the state of the request to indicate ongoing processing, provisioning each telephone number in the request by associating resources therewith, and updating a status for each telephone number provisioned; and upon completion of processing, changing the state of the request to indicate completion.
Method and device for Information acquisition of voice mailbox system
The disclosure discloses a method for information acquisition of a voice mailbox system. The method includes: when message information sent from a user of a communication sending end is received, an information characteristic of the message information is determined; whether a pre-stored information characteristic consistent with the determined information characteristic exists or not is analyzed; and when there exists the pre-stored information characteristic consistent with the determined information characteristic, information corresponding to the determined information characteristic is acquired from an information library, and the acquired information is pushed to a user of a communication receiving end. The disclosure also discloses a device for information acquisition of a voice mailbox system. Reasonable and effective analysis over the message information in the information library of the voice mailbox system is implemented.
VISUAL INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM
A request is received from a communications device to execute an interaction site. A request is transmitted to the automated response system. First instructions that provide one or more steps of the multi-step communication flow between the communications device and the automated response system are received from the automated response system. In response to determining that the request is for the voice-interaction with the interaction site, second instructions that provide the one or more steps through a voice interaction with a user of the communications device are determined and transmitted to the communications device. In response to determining that the request is for the visual-interaction with the interaction site, third instructions that provide the one or more steps through a visual interaction with the user of the communications device are determined and transmitted to the communications device.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING A CALL TO AN AGGREGATE ENDPOINT DEVICE
A method and an apparatus for processing a call to an aggregate endpoint device over a network are disclosed. For example, the method receives a session request by a Serving-Call Session Control Function (S-CSCF), wherein a route header for the session request comprises an aggregate endpoint identifier, and interacts with an application server to receive a Public User Identity (PUID) of the aggregate endpoint device in accordance with the aggregate endpoint identifier. The method performs a termination processing for the session request using the PUID of the aggregate endpoint device, and forwards the session request towards the aggregate endpoint device.
Social Networking and Network Connectivity
Social networking is used to enhance content delivery to mobile devices. Sometimes a mobile device lacks network connectivity, such as when the mobile device is off or offline. Content cannot be sent to the mobile device when lacking network connectivity. A social network, however, may be retrieved for interim storage of the content. When the mobile device lacks network connectivity, the content may be routed to a member device of the social network. The member device stores the content until the mobile device resumes network connectivity. The member device may then send or forward the content to the mobile device.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ALERTING A USER
An alerting system control server in a set of servers and a method therein, for alerting a user of an incoming signal for a service associated with the user. The method comprises: receiving information that an internet service server is receiving an incoming signal for the service; generating a control signal for triggering an alerting system controller to alert the user of the incoming signal for the service by activating an alerting device; identifying the alerting system controller and extracting the address of the alerting system controller; and sending the generated control signal to the identified alerting system controller, for activating the alerting device and thereby alerting the user. Also, an alerting system controller and a method therein is presented.
CALLING METHOD, CALLING DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A calling method includes: displaying an incoming call notification corresponding to an incoming call request on a first apparatus and one or more eligible second apparatuses, in response to receiving the incoming call request by the first apparatus, wherein eligibility of the one or more eligible second apparatuses comprises a communication connection established between the first apparatus and the one or more eligible second apparatuses and operability on the incoming call request by the one or more eligible second apparatuses; and transferring a call corresponding to the incoming call request to a target apparatus and answering the call on the target apparatus, in response to determining, by the first apparatus, that the incoming call request is to be answered on the target apparatus based on the incoming call notification, wherein the target apparatus is the first apparatus or any of the one or more eligible second apparatuses.
Synchronous communication using voice and text
A computing device is described that accepts, a telephone call, from another device, initiated by a caller. Prior to establishing a telephone user interface that receives spoken input from the user and outputs spoken audio from the caller, the computing device executes a call screening service that outputs an audio user interface, to the other device and as part of the telephone call. The audio user interface interrogates the caller for additional information including a purpose of the telephone call, which allows the user to have more context of the telephone call before deciding whether to accept the call or hang up. The computing device outputs a graphical user interface associated with telephone call. The graphical user interface includes an indication of the additional information obtained via the audio user interface that interrogates the caller.
