Meeting-adapted language model for speech recognition
A system includes acquisition of meeting data associated with a meeting, determination of a plurality of meeting participants based on the acquired meeting data, acquisition of e-mail data associated with each of the plurality of meeting participants, generation of a meeting language model based on the acquired e-mail data and the meeting data, and transcription of audio associated with the meeting based on the meeting language model.
Insight determination from aggregated call content
An example operation may include one or more of receiving audio files from public safety answering points (PSAPs), the audio files comprising recordings of telephone calls captured via the PSAPs, converting, via a speech-to-text converter, the audio files into text files that comprises respective transcripts of the respective telephone calls, identifying, via a reporting engine, a recurring topic that is repeatedly observed among the PSAPs from text content within the text files, and outputting, via the reporting engine, a descriptive identifier of the recurring topic via a user interface.
INTENT ANALYSIS FOR CALL CENTER RESPONSE GENERATION
A system obtains conversation data corresponding to conversations between users and agents of a client. The system identifies a set of intents from the conversations and identifies a set of contexts, explicit elements, and implied elements of these intents. The system identifies actions that can be performed to recognize new explicit and implied elements from new conversations and to address intents in these new conversations. Based on these actions, the system generates a set of recommendations that can be provided to the client. As agents communicate with users, the system monitors adherence to the set of recommendations.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING AUDIO DATA, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
The disclosure provides a method for processing audio data, an apparatus for processing audio data and an electronic device, and relates to a field of natural language processing technologies, and in particular to the fields of audio technology, digital conference and speech transliteration technologies. The method includes: receiving at least two pieces of audio data sent by at least one audio matrix, in which the audio data is collected by a microphone array and sent to the audio matrix; converting all the audio data into corresponding text data; and sending the audio data and the text data corresponding to the audio data.
TRANSCRIPTION COMMUNICATION
A method of transcription communication may include obtaining, at a first device, audio data during a communication session between the first device and a remote device. The audio data may be obtained from a public switched telephone network. The method may also include directing the audio data from the first device to a second device over a short-range wireless network. The second device may host the short-range wireless network. The method may further include directing the audio data from the second device to a remote transcription system over a wireless cellular network and obtaining, at the second device, transcript data from the remote transcription system over the wireless cellular network. The method may also include limiting data transmitted and received over the wireless cellular network as authorized by the second device to data associated with transcription of audio obtained by the first device over the public switched telephone network.
SWITCH CONTROLLER FOR SEPARATING MULTIPLE PORTIONS OF CALL
Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for collecting call data, feeding call data to applications, and providing advanced call features.
COMPUTER-PROGRAMMED TELEPHONE-ENABLED DEVICES FOR PROCESSING AND MANAGING NUMEROUS SIMULTANEOUS VOICE CONVERSATIONS CONDUCTED BY AN INDIVIDUAL OVER A COMPUTER NETWORK AND COMPUTER METHODS OF IMPLEMENTING THEREOF
In some embodiments, the present invention provides for a computer-implemented method, including: causing, by a specifically programmed computer call management communication system, to transform, over a computer network, computing devices of users, into corresponding specialized call management devices, by having each computing device to execute a specialized call management client software application being in electronic communication with the specifically programmed computer call management communication system over the computer network by utilizing SIP; where the specialized call management client software application generates specialized graphical user interfaces configured to allow each user to concurrently initiate and maintain, over the computer network, a plurality of voice communications of distinct types with other users, by, for example, allowing each user to independently and dynamically divert, in real-time, any voice communication of any type to any audio device associated with a corresponding specialized call management device of such user.
EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WITH CONTEXTUAL SNIPPETS
Systems and methods for processing emergency communications are provided. A system may receive an emergency communication initiated by an emergency communicator. The system may detect a data field action in response to an emergency receiver entering a data input based on the emergency communication. The system may capture a timestamp of when the data field action occurred. The system may generate a communication snippet based on the action timestamp and a snippet length. The communication snippet may be configured to provide context from the emergency communication to the data input. The system may transmit the communication snippet and the data input to an emergency responder.
Detection and prevention of inmate to inmate message relay
Secure system and method of detecting and preventing inmate to inmate message relays. A system and method which monitors inmate communications for similar phrases that occur as part of two or more separate inmate messages. These similar phrases may be overlapping in real time as in a conference call or can occur at separate times in separate messages. The communications that appear similar are assigned a score and the score is compared to a threshold. If the score is above a certain threshold, the communication is flagged and remedial actions are taken. If the flagged communication contains illegal matter then the communication can be disconnected or restricted in the future.
SCHEDULED CONFERENCE RECORDING
Systems and methods for virtual meetings allow a recipient of a request to attend a meeting alternate options to: not attend the meeting but record all or part(s) of the meeting, or to attend the meeting and record all or part(s) of the meeting. In an embodiment, a conferencing system comprising a conferencing server is in communication with a participant device. The conferencing server sends the participant device a meeting request which includes recording options available to the recipient. The communication may include metadata that assists the conferencing system to identify the part(s) of the meeting the recipient wishes to be recorded.
