System and methods for easy, secure, error free and controlled information sharing via audio communication
Embodiments herein disclose methods and systems for a simple, error free, secure, and controlled information sharing through an audio communication. The system is configured to facilitate the audio communication, generate permanent unique identification number, store map between permanent unique user identification number to the user information to share, facilitate secure and controlled information sharing and easy retrieval of error free shared information through a secure communication mechanism between a client application and a centralized server application. Embodiments herein facilitate user to communicate the permanent unique identification number over the audio communication in place of error free information to be communicated with a caller, by executing the client application and the centralized server application.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENABLING DYNAMIC MULTI-MODAL COMMUNICATION
A method includes receiving a first request associated with a first user account and comprising content of a first message, and a second request associated with a second user account and comprising content of a second message, generating a first list of routing options for delivering the first message to a first plurality of destination endpoints, and a second list of routing options for delivering the second message to a second plurality of destination endpoints, determining a first optimal routing option for delivering the first message, determining, a second optimal routing option for delivering the second message, causing one or more versions of the first message to be transmitted to the first plurality of destination endpoints using the first optimal routing option, and causing one or more versions of the second message to be transmitted to the second plurality of destination endpoints using the second optimal routing option.
A REDIRECTION BRIDGE DEVICE AND SYSTEM, A COMMUNICATION SYSTEM COMPRISING A REDIRECTION BRIDGE DEVICE OR SYSTEM, A METHOD OF REDIRECTION BRIDGING, USE OF A USER INTERFACE AND A SOFTWARE PRODUCT
A redirection bridge device, RBD (10, 20), comprising: an API interface (300) comprising an API input (301), arranged capable of receiving a request (300A) from an application (APP) (30), arranged located on a user device (1100) associated with a user (1000), for the purposes of requesting metadata, said metadata being specific to at least one contact option (2100) arranged in association with at least one Enterprise (2000), a metadata store (310), for storing metadata specific to the at least one Enterprise (2000), and arranged to provide metadata to the API interface (300) in response to the request (300A), and, a Communications Manager (320), arranged in co-operation with the API interface (300) and the at least one contact option (2100), for facilitating contact between the user device (1100) and the at least one contact option (2100). A redirection bridge system, a communication system, a method of redirection bridging and use of a user interface and software product for implementation of the redirection bridging method.
TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FLEXIBLE CONTROL OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING A SWITCHING COMMAND ISSUED BY AN APPLICATION TO A PLATFORM
A telecommunication system is configurable so that there can be flexible control of a switching command issued by an application to a platform where the switching command is executable in (a) a first execution mode in which the switching command is executed simultaneous with switching and verified or (b) a second execution mode in which the switching command is executed immediately and without verification. The application can be run to cause the switching command to he sent to the platform and the platform can execute the switching command received from the application. At least one of resting on a case-by-case basis and deciding which execution mode should be utilized for execution of the switching command can also occur before the sending of the switching command and/or before the executing of the switching command.
METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR VISUAL PROGRAMMING OF INTERACTION WORKFLOWS FOR OMNI-CHANNEL CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTERS WITH INTEGRATED CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
A method, apparatus and system for achieving visual programming of interaction workflows for customer contact centers which eliminates the need for skilled computer telephony interaction programmers to program the screen pops and workflows that are presented to live-agent customer service representatives in a contact center. Further, the disclosed method and apparatus enables integration of contact information from omni-channel systems, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) data, data collected from interactive voice response (IVR) systems, and data pulled from third-party databases, into the screen pops and workflows in a way that is agnostic as to the type or protocol of the PBX switch, the IVR system and the CRM system utilized by a particular call center, by facilitating a level of abstraction and data flow between and among these components.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING TELEPHONY SESSIONS
In one embodiment, the method of processing telephony sessions includes: communicating with an application server using an application layer protocol; processing telephony instructions with a call router; and creating call router resources accessible through a call router Application Programming Interface (API). In another embodiment, the system for processing telephony sessions includes: a call router, a URI for an application server, a telephony instruction executed by the call router, and a call router API resource.

COMPUTER SYSTEM, METHOD FOR PROVIDING API, AND PROGRAM
The present invention is to provide a computer system, a method for providing an API, and a program that easily select an appropriate API. The computer system acquires sensor data from an edge device 100, selects an appropriate API for a calculation device 300 according to the acquired sensor data, uses the selected API for a calculation device 300 and controls the calculation device 300 to calculate, and provides the calculation result. The computer system selects an appropriate API for a calculation device 300 according to the acquired sensor data based on at least one of the fee for using, the processing speed, the user evaluation, the security, and the number of API users. Furthermore, the computer system previously receives the standard based on which an appropriate API for a calculation device 300 is selected from the user and selects an appropriate API for a calculation device 300 based on the standard. Furthermore, the computer system recommends the selected appropriate API for a calculation device 300 to a user before the calculation control unit controls the calculation device 300 to calculate.
