The system comprises one or more presentation gateways each associated with a network address and configured for receiving and transmitting presentation content to a meeting room display during a meeting. The system further comprises one or more RF beacons each associated with a presentation gateway and configured for broadcasting information. The system also comprises a portable electronic device that pairs with the presentation gateway to share presentation content by: receiving from at least one of the one or more RF beacons the broadcasted information, estimating a distance to the at least one of the one or more RF beacons according to a detected signal strength of the RF beacon broadcast, determining a location of the portable electronic device based on the distance to the at least one of the one or more RF beacons, identifying a presentation gateway network address based on the determined location, and pairing with a presentation gateway using the identified presentation gateway network address.

A computer-implemented online conferencing transactional platform system comprising an interaction module, a video-conferencing module, and a storage device may allow multiple participants in a video-conference to access, co-browse, collaboratively edit, and sign a transactional document. An interaction module fetches an image of a transactional document and a field identifier for an interactive transactional document element to be filled out from a remotely-connected secure signature API, and displays the image of the document, along with the interactive transactional document element on a webpage interface to a moderator and a signer end user in a video-conference. Systems and methods are provided for identifying and displaying whiteboard text and/or an active speaker in a video-based presentation, e.g., a video conference. Video images of an environment including a whiteboard may be captured by a video camera system. The video images may be analyzed to detect at least one text-containing area in the environment. Each text-containing area may be analyzed to determine whether it is an area of a whiteboard. When a text-containing area is identified as a whiteboard area, an area of view including the text-containing whiteboard area may be selected for display, e.g., a subset of the full frame captured by the video system. A video feed from the video camera system may be controlled to display the selected area of view at a client device, to provide a useful view of the whiteboard text and/or a speaking person located near the whiteboard text.

A computer-implemented method for managing calls in a collaboration environment is provided. The method includes receiving, by a processor, a call into a collaboration session of the collaboration environment. The method also includes identifying, by the processor, a user from a plurality of users associated with the collaboration session, based on at least one of contextual information regarding the call and information regarding the plurality of users. The method further includes providing, by the processor, an interface on a device associated with the identified user, wherein the interface enables the identified user to instruct the device to handle the call within the collaboration session.
