Systems and methods for client relation management

Systems, methods, computer systems, and computer-readable code for implementing methods for client relation management in which fewer call-in numbers need to be maintained. A method for client relation management preserves a more-complete record of online and offline interactions of a customer with systems provided by a plurality of service providers. A session identifier (SID) is associated with a customer upon interaction of the customer with a website provided by a first service provider. Website interaction information is received from the first service provider and is associated with the SID. Information associated with an incoming call from the customer at a call-in number at a call center maintained by a second service provider is used to associate the incoming call with the SID, creating a record of an offline interaction between the customer and an agent of the call center. The record of the offline interaction is associated with the SID.

Computing and Communication Systems and Methods

Computing and communication systems and methods include one or more servers communicatively coupled with a computing device through a telecommunications network. In implementations one or more data stores are communicatively coupled with the server(s). One or more user interfaces displayed on the computing device display a website provided by the server(s) and accessed using a browser. A file selector is displayed on the website. The file selector corresponds with a file that may already reside on the computing device and/or on a file share accessible by the computing device. The file selector is configured to initiate opening of the file locally on the computing device without necessarily downloading a copy of the file through the browser. The systems and methods may automatically initiate calls and/or texts on non-cell phones (e.g., desk phones, turret type phones and/or VOIP phones) in response to selection of a phone number displayed on a website.

Interacting with an interactive voice response system device or agent device of an organization

A device receives, from a user device, a communication request that includes information identifying a user of the user device, an organization, and at least one reason for the communication request. The device determines, based on the communication request, information concerning the user, a telephone number associated with the organization, and a menu of an interactive voice response (IVR) system device associated with the telephone number. The device communicates, based on the information concerning the user, the menu of the IVR system device, and the at least one reason for the communication request, with the IVR system device via a communication session initiated based on the telephone number. The device determines, based on communicating with the IVR system device, a time that the user is to interact with the IVR system device via the communication session, and causes the user device to join the communication session at the time.

ADAPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and method for adaptive advertisement management for the serving of product description pages and an integrated customer user engagement thereof. The system is a cloud-based network containing a campaign database, an adaptive advertisement management, a short message service server, and user mobile and compute devices that transmit a product description page associated with an advertisement campaign embedded with a communication initiator for display on a customer computing device. Taken together or in part, said system optimizes advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, provides strong analytics for all advertising types while allowing users to engage with advertising quickly and easily through various call to action types.

System and method for processing telephony sessions

In one embodiment, the method of processing telephony sessions includes: communicating with an application server using an application layer protocol; processing telephony instructions with a call router; and creating call router resources accessible through a call router Application Programming Interface (API). In another embodiment, the system for processing telephony sessions includes: a call router, a URI for an application server, a telephony instruction executed by the call router, and a call router API resource.

Automatic virtual phone number pool management

Methods, systems, and apparatus include computer programs encoded on a computer-readable storage medium for dynamic contact information assignment. A method includes: identifying a pool of telephone numbers; assigning the telephone numbers to a pool manager; allocating by the pool manager, subsets of the telephone numbers to a plurality of allocators, each allocator responsible for allocating telephone numbers to an associated group of content sponsors; determining a first allocation of a first subset, the first allocation being distributed among the content sponsors associated with a first allocator, creating first pools each associated with a respective one of the content sponsors associated with the first allocator; reclaiming one or more telephone numbers from a pool of the first pools; and assigning ones of the reclaimed telephone numbers by the first allocator into either other pools of the first pools or back to the pool manager for allocation to other allocators.
