In the case of a method or an arrangement for the automatic start up of a first communication terminal (EG A, EG B) configured for voice communication on at least one second communication terminal (CL A, CL B) configured for text communication, the voice communication between communication terminals is conveyed via at least one voice communication server (SCS) and the text communication between communication terminals is conveyed via at least one text communication server (TCS). The at least one voice communication server (SCS) and the at least one text communication server (TCS) exchange information via at least one conversion device (GW). The start up of at least one first communication terminal (CL A, CL B) is effected via the at least one text communication server (TCS), the at least one conversion device (GW) and the at least one voice communication server (SCS) to at least one second voice communication terminal (EG A, EG B).

Fault detection and management in a real-time communication
Electronic conferences are a common method of conducting a meeting when the participants are not at the same location. When a conference drops a portion of the audio, such carrying speech from a speaker, participants may be excluded from the full content of the conference. By having a device associated with a speaking participant convey both audio and generated text from the speech provided by the speaking participant, a server may be able to determine that speech is missing from the audio portion and automatically insert text content. As a result, poor audio quality may be mitigated with text and omitting unwanted text when the audio quality is sufficient.

The method identifies a context of the proposed message. The method also performs processing based on whether the proposed message contextually fits the messaging session.

Computing and communication systems and methods include one or more servers communicatively coupled with a computing device through a telecommunications network. In implementations one or more data stores are communicatively coupled with the server(s). One or more user interfaces displayed on the computing device display a website provided by the server(s) and accessed using a browser. A file selector is displayed on the website. The file selector corresponds with a file that may already reside on the computing device and/or on a file share accessible by the computing device. The file selector is configured to initiate opening of the file locally on the computing device without necessarily downloading a copy of the file through the browser. Provided are a system and method of providing a voice-message call service. A mobile device that performs a call with an external mobile device comprises a control unit configured to obtain text, the text converted from voice data that is exchanged between the mobile device and the external mobile device, during the call between the mobile device and the external mobile device, and obtain input text input to the mobile device and provided text that is received from the external mobile device; and a display unit configured to arrange the text, the input text, and the provided text and display the arranged text, input text, and provided text on a screen of the device, during the call between the mobile device and the external mobile device.
AUDIO MESSAGE EXTRACTION
Audio data, corresponding to an utterance spoken by a person within a detection range of a voice communications device, can include an audio message portion. The audio data can be captured and analyzed to determine the intent to send a message. Based at least in part upon that intent, a remaining portion of the audio data can be analyzed to determine the intended message target or recipient, as well as the portion corresponding to the actual message payload. Once determined, the audio file can be trimmed to the message payload, and the message payload of the audio data can be delivered as an audio message to the target recipient.
