Conferencing and meeting implementations with advanced features
Meeting and conferencing systems and methods are implemented in a variety of manners. Consistent with one embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for operating an audio conference system that includes at least one logic circuit and a caller interface involves receiving incoming telephony calls at the caller interface. A logic circuit is used to authenticate incoming telephony calls. Menu options are provided to authenticated, incoming telephony calls. In response to a selection of the menu options, an incoming telephony call is prompted to select a callback number. The logic circuit monitors for a trigger event. A participant is called back using the selected call back number in response to detecting the trigger event. The called-back participant is then placed into a conference.
AUTOMATIC EVENT TRIGGERED BALANCE TOP-UP, MONEY TRANSFER, AND LOCATION BASED ADVERTISING PLATFORM
This disclosure provides aspects and embodiments of methods, services, and platforms for prompting users with a zero account balance to send a callback message to a contact informing the contact that the user cannot call them and asking the contact to call the user. This disclosure further provides location determining platforms and rewards platforms for users.
Participant identification for teleconferencing
Techniques and examples pertaining to identifying a participant of a teleconference using a telephone number or an Internet protocol (IP) address are described. A method for teleconferencing participant identification may involve receiving an IP-based telephone call that includes a telephone number or an IP address. The method may also involve querying databases with the telephone number or the IP address to obtain identifications associated with the telephone number or the IP address. The method may also involve determining a display name for the IP-based telephone call based on the identifications, as well as connecting the IP-based telephone call as a participant to a teleconference that includes other participants. The method may further involve transmitting the display name to a device associated with at least one of the other participants of the teleconference.
INTERACTIVE CAMPAIGN-BASED CUSTOMER FEEDBACK COLLECTION PLATFORM
This disclosure provides systems, methods, services, and platforms for prompting a user to respond to an offer on a mobile device. The disclosure enables Mobile Network Operators to create campaigns to target customers who are nearing the limit of their data plans, voice plans, SMS plans, and MMS plans. In some embodiments, the cloud server interacts with a client application to prompt the use of a mobile device to respond to an offer send in a campaign. The disclosure also provides embodiments to check to see if the user has opted out of receiving offers, or if a device can not execute a command, or if a threshold number of offers has already been sent. This disclosure also provides embodiments for authenticating third party account log-in.
Method for automatic start up of a communication terminal configured for voice communication on a communication terminal configured for text communication
In the case of a method or an arrangement for the automatic start up of a first communication terminal (EG A, EG B) configured for voice communication on at least one second communication terminal (CL A, CL B) configured for text communication, the voice communication between communication terminals is conveyed via at least one voice communication server (SCS) and the text communication between communication terminals is conveyed via at least one text communication server (TCS). The at least one voice communication server (SCS) and the at least one text communication server (TCS) exchange information via at least one conversion device (GW). The start up of at least one first communication terminal (CL A, CL B) is effected via the at least one text communication server (TCS), the at least one conversion device (GW) and the at least one voice communication server (SCS) to at least one second voice communication terminal (EG A, EG B).
MANAGEMENT SERVER, COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
A management server includes a call detection unit that detects a call from a first communication terminal to a second communication terminal, an information acquisition unit that acquires, when the call detection unit detects the call, essential information associated with the first communication terminal, an inquiry unit that transmits inquiry information to the first communication terminal to inquire about an information transmission means to the second communication terminal, and a transmission unit that transmits the essential information to the second communication terminal using an information transmission means indicated by response information transmitted from the first communication terminal in response to the inquiry information.
AUDIO MESSAGE EXTRACTION
Audio data, corresponding to an utterance spoken by a person within a detection range of a voice communications device, can include an audio message portion. The audio data can be captured and analyzed to determine the intent to send a message. Based at least in part upon that intent, a remaining portion of the audio data can be analyzed to determine the intended message target or recipient, as well as the portion corresponding to the actual message payload. Once determined, the audio file can be trimmed to the message payload, and the message payload of the audio data can be delivered as an audio message to the target recipient.
CONTEXTUAL FIT DETERMINATION FOR PROPOSED MESSAGES
Determining whether a proposed message contextually fits a messaging session. A method obtains a proposed message to be sent in a messaging session between users of a messaging service. The method identifies a context of the proposed message. The method determines whether the proposed message contextually fits the messaging session based on characteristics of an expected response to the proposed message, the characteristics of the expected response being based on patterns of communication between the users. The method also performs processing based on whether the proposed message contextually fits the messaging session.
