Processing SMS messages
A first telephony identifier and a second telephony identifier are used for communication with a first, multi-identity user. Each of the first and second telephony identifiers are configured for use as different destination addresses in different SMS messages sent to the first user. At least one SMS message is processed in SMS processing equipment in the network, and the SMS processing equipment performs identity management, in relation to the use of the first and second telephony identifiers for the first user, during processing of the at least one SMS message.
Packet telephony terminal apparatus and operating method thereof
A method in which a high-quality packet telephony terminal apparatus performing low-latency and lossless packet communication with a counterpart packet telephony terminal apparatus operates in an integrated network structure in which a time sensitive network (TSN) and a packet communication network are combined may be disclosed. The packet telephony terminal apparatus may perform packet telephony call processing, perform a TSN stream reservation procedure when the counterpart packet telephony terminal apparatus is capable of performing a TSN function for lossless packet communication, adjust a size of a dejitter buffer when the TSN stream reservation procedure is successful, and perform low-latency packet telephony communication through the minimized size of the dejitter buffer.
DETECTING AND REPORTING USER TRIGGERED CALL DROPS
A method for detecting user triggered call drops includes identifying one or more user terminated calls from a plurality of monitored calls. Signaling information associated with the identified user terminated calls is correlated with media channel information associated with the identified user terminated calls. A determination is made if termination of the one or more of the identified user terminated calls is related to quality of media across corresponding media channels. A predefined cause code is assigned to the one or more of the identified user terminated calls, in response to determining that the termination of the one or more of the identified user terminated calls is related to the quality of media across the corresponding media channels.
Relay server, relay method and relay program
A relay server 31 includes: a detection unit 31A that detects a failure of a subscriber server 21; and a relay unit 31B that relays call connection requests 51, 52, and 53 to another network in which corresponding subscribers may possibly be accommodated according to connection attempt network information indicating networks to attempt a call connection, when a failure of the subscriber server 21 is detected by the detection unit 31A.
PROCESSING SMS MESSAGES
There is provided a method for processing communications in a telephony network. The method includes configuring a first telephony identifier for communication with a first user and a second user, and a second telephony identity for communication with the second user, each of the telephony identifiers being configured for use as different destination addresses in different SMS messages sent to the second user. The method includes processing at least one SMS message in SMS processing equipment in the network, and during this processing, performing identity management, in relation to the use of the first and second telephony identifiers for the second user.

METHODS OF DUPLEX TRANSFER OF VOICE STREAMS BETWEEN MOBILE SUBSCRIBERS AND CLIENTS OF IM/VOIP WITH THE CORRESPONDING IMPLEMENTATION OF PBX AND OF THE VOIP-CELL GATEWAY BASED ON SMARTPHONES
Duplex transmission of voice streams between mobile phone call applications and IM/VoIP service clients installed on smartphones is carried out by connecting audio outputs to audio inputs of smartphone audio interfaces. These voice communication applications can be installed on the same smartphone, on two different smartphones, or on one smartphone and one computer of any type. The inventive method contains connections both between the same type and between different wired and wireless audio interfaces of smartphones. As a consequence of the application of the technical result of the method for duplex transmission of voice streams, an invention is claimed for methods for implementing PBX with various types of routing, and a VoIP-Cell gateway for broadcasting voice traffic between a mobile phone client and a VoIP client running IP-PBX.

Telephone system, exchange, telephone exchanging method, and telephone exchanging program
A system includes: a first telephone; a relay that manages first accommodation position information of the first telephone; and an exchange that includes a management table that manages second telephone identification information, second accommodation position information of a second telephone connected to the relay, and an extension number of each of a plurality of the second telephones, receives first telephone identification information and the first accommodation position information, when the first telephone identification information does not match with any one of the second telephone identification information registered, and the first accommodation position information matches with one of the second accommodation position information in the management table, changes second telephone identification information corresponding to the matched second accommodation position information to the first telephone identification information, and uses an extension number corresponding to the matched second accommodation position information as an extension number of the first telephone.
Providing a unified communication history of a multi-modal communication
Methods are provided for providing a unified communication history of a multi-modal communication. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a plurality of event logs related to the multi-modal communication. The multi-modal communication comprises a first communication modality and a second communication modality that is different from the first communication modality. The method includes aggregating the one or more events from the event logs as a plurality of aggregated events and resolving an identity of each user from among the plurality of users in the plurality of aggregated events. The method includes storing the aggregated events into a communication history of the multi-modal communication. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.
