Complex computing network for generating and handling a waitlist associated with a speaker in an audio conversation on a mobile application
Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for generating and handling a waitlist during an audio conversation on a mobile application. For example, a method comprises: receiving a request from a first user, listening to a first audio conversation involving a second user and a third user, to join a waitlist associated with the second user or the first audio conversation; adding the first user to the waitlist associated with the second user or the first audio conversation; enabling the second user to view the waitlist; and initiating a second audio conversation between the second user and a user on the waitlist upon termination of the first audio conversation.
Systems and methods for providing context data associated with a communications session to the called device
Systems and methods for providing called devices with sets of context data associated with communication sessions are disclosed. In one implementation, a method for generating context data associated with a communications session may include receiving, from a calling device at a first subsystem, a request to establish a communications session. The request may include a first identifier associated with the calling device. The method may further include receiving, at a second subsystem, activities data associated with the calling device that transmitted the request to establish the communications session. The activities data may include a second identifier associated with the calling device and may be indicative of device activities of the calling device. In addition, the method includes determining, using the first identifier and the second identifier, that the received activities data is associated with the calling device that transmitted the request to establish the communications session, generating context data associated with the communications session based on the received activities data, generating visual content based on the generated context data, and establishing the communications session in response to receiving, from a user of the called device, an input command to accept the request.
Budgeting and quota management system for data consumption
Systems and methods may provide for establishing a data usage budget based on one or more of user input and historical usage data, wherein the data usage budget distinguishes between usage types and distinguishes between connection types. Additionally, a data usage of one or more client devices may be monitored in accordance with the data usage budget. In one example, the usage types are designated as one or more of a high bandwidth usage and a low bandwidth usage and the connection types are designated as one or more of a capped connection and a non-capped connection.

TECHNIQUES FOR CALL AUTHENTICATION
Various embodiments described herein are directed towards authenticating calls by using one or more keys associated with a specific user. In examples, the user is the sender of a call. In various embodiments, when a call is made, an identifying payload is encrypted using a private key associated with the user. The encrypted identifying payload is appended to the call data stream. The identifying payload may be decrypted with a public key. In embodiments, the identifying payload may be verified. In various embodiments, further authentication methods may be performed by using an object such as a contactless card to provide one or more components of the identifying payload and/or keys. In embodiments, a connection may be made between the sender and the intended recipient of a call based on the verification of the identifying payload.
Automatic caller identification translation
The invention provides an interrogator for obtaining information associated with a caller identification, such as a telephone number, transmitted within an incoming telephone call including: a receiving device configured to receive the incoming telephone call and to extract the caller identification from the incoming telephone call; an interrogating device configured to receive the extracted caller identification from the receiving device and to interrogate information associated with the caller identification from an external data base, which is configured to operate independently from the user voice communication device for which the incoming telephone call is intended for; and a forwarding device configured to receive and to forward the interrogated information.
Method and system for providing additional information to called parties
A system for providing additional information to called parties, the system comprises a base unit device for sending additional information to called parties, the base unit comprises a microprocessor, at least one Ethernet port, at least one telephone port, a first transceiver, and a first wireless antenna; and a display unit for receiving the additional information from the base unit device and displaying the additional information to the called parties, the display unit comprises a second transceiver, a liquid crystal display, a second wireless antenna, and a set of keys.
Real-time voice paging voice augmented caller ID/ring tone alias
A communication device and method can include one or more processors operatively coupled to memory and an audible output device, where the one or more processors receive a call from a calling party that includes caller identification information and a voice paging message associated with the caller identification information, presenting the caller identification information, presenting the voice paging message as an alias of or to a ring tone or interleaved with the ring tone before the call from the calling party is answered or rejected. Other embodiments are disclosed.
Providing audio announcement to called parties
The present disclosure describes a system, method, and computer-readable medium for providing audio announcement of communications to a called party in a communication network. The method includes receiving communication from a calling party and performing a lookup of information relating to the calling party in a database via an Internet Protocol connection based on an identifier of at least one of the calling party and the called party. The information comprises one or more audio files. The method then provides the audio announcement to a called party based on the audio files.
Multicomputer system for user data authentication and processing
Aspects of the disclosure relate to multicomputer processing and authentication of user data associated with telephone calls. A call security assessment computing platform may receive data associated with a telephone call made from a user computing device. Subsequently, the call security assessment computing platform may parse the received data to identify header information in a Session Initial Protocol (SIP) header. The platform then may analyze the header information to generate a call fingerprint for the telephone call. This call fingerprint may then be transmitted to one or more call authentication computing platforms, which return one or more call security responses that may further characterize security features of the telephone call. The call fingerprint and the call security responses may then be used to determine a call security score, which may be transmitted in a notification to a call handling system in order to adjust how the call is handled.
