Data-plan-based quality setting suggestions and use thereof to manage content provider services

A user device described herein suggests a change to a quality setting associated with the consumption of content from one or more content providers. The change is suggested based both on a user's data plan and on a service quality of content received by the user device. This user-selected quality setting is then provided to the telecommunication network, which reduces network resources available for transmission of the content based on the quality setting. Such reduced network resources cause the content providers to provide content at a service quality no greater than the quality setting. Also, the user may be presented with or defaulted to selecting an option for a program offering consumption of the video content free of charge when provided to the user at a limited service quality. When the user participates, consumption of video content is then conditionally excluded from a consumption metric of the data plan.

Associating vehicle user equipment with customer mobile accounts

A server device can, in response to a mobile device request, facilitate presentation of a login page via a mobile device. The login page can prompt for access credentials to a user account associated with mobile communications services and associated with a user identity, wherein a displayed link by an in-vehicle user equipment enabled the mobile device to request the login page. Based on a receipt of the access credentials from the mobile device, the server device can facilitate displaying a prompt, via the mobile device, for entry of an activation code, wherein the activation code was displayed by the in-vehicle user equipment along with the displayed link. The server device can receive a submitted code from the mobile device, and in response to the submitted code being determined to match the activation code, pairing the in-vehicle user equipment with the user account.

Computer-based systems configured for automated subscription management and methods thereof

Systems and methods of the present disclosure include at least one processor that receives electronic messages, each associated with a respective originating entity. Message metadata of each electronic message is extracted and list subscriptions are determined based on the message metadata. User interaction commands relative to each electronic message are tracked. Record similarity values for user activity records are determined based on a measure of similarity between the originating entity and each activity record. An engagement model is utilized to determine an engagement score indicative of a degree of user engagement with each originating entity based on the user activities and the user interaction metrics to generate a prediction indicative of the degree of user engagement. An unsubscribe condition is determined based on the engagement score being below a threshold score, and an unsubscribe command is automatically issued.

An example communications routing system includes a prediction engine to, for each user account, generate a predicted cost of communications events using a gamma-gamma cost model, generate a predicted revenue of presented advertisements using a gamma-gamma revenue model, generate a margin based on the predicted cost and the predicted revenue, and, when the margin for a given user account is below a margin threshold, restrict a status associated with the given user account.

AUTOMATIC AFTER CALL SURVEY AND CAMPAIGN-BASED CUSTOMER FEEDBACK COLLECTION PLATFORM

This disclosure provides systems, methods, services, and platforms for automatically prompting a user of a mobile device to send feedback after a triggering event. This disclosure enables Mobile Network Operators to immediately solicit timely feedback from a mobile user after an interaction with the user. When a business, group, or other entity has an active survey campaign, a survey message comprising one or more response options is automatically sent to a mobile device after a triggering event occurs. Based on the user's selected response option, subsequent, follow-up survey messages can be automatically sent to the mobile device.

Methods and system for wireless telecom fracking shared economy

A server computing device may be configured to register a parcel with a component (e.g., another server, etc.) in a dynamic spectrum arbitrage (DSA) system, generate a telecom resource right unit or information structure, and use the generated telecom resource right unit or information structure (e.g., in conjunction with components in the DSA system) to allocate the identified telecommunication resource for access and use by wireless devices that subscribe to a telecommunication network registered with the DSA system. The server computing device may also receive information identifying an amount of the telecommunication resource used within the registered parcel by the wireless devices of the telecommunication network, and use the generated telecom resource right unit or information structure to update a payment account associated with the parcel owner based on the amount of the telecommunication resource used within the registered parcel by the wireless devices that subscribe to the telecommunication network.

MESSAGE EXCHANGE SYSTEM
20210264489 · 2021-08-26 ·

Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for selecting a routing provider that is best suited to deliver each individual message. The message exchange system selects a routing provider based on customer criteria provided by the customer, bids provided by the routing providers and/or performance of the routing providers. The message exchange system ranks the bids based on a ranking value calculated for each bid based on the cost value associated with the bid, the quality score of the associated routing provider and the customer criteria. The message exchange system selects a bid based on the resulting ranking values. For example, the message exchange system selects the bid that is ranked the highest based on the ranking values. The message exchange system then transmits the message to its intended recipient via the routing provider associated with the selected bid.

CROSS NETWORK AUTHENTICATION METHOD AND SYSTEM

The described embodiments concern one or more methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer readable mediums storing processor-executable process steps to authenticate mobile subscribers for using a foreign application when they are outside of their home telecom carrier's mobile network zone (“foreign zone”). A mobile subscriber can be authenticated through data roaming service, voice roaming service, and/or WiFi service. After cross network authentication, a mobile subscriber can use the foreign application to provide the same or similar services in a foreign zone, such as foreign country, through the home services in connection with the subscriber's home telecom carrier in a similar manner like he/she can use in his/her home zone, such as home country.

A dynamic subscriber profile management system allows subscriber device profiles to be selected and applied based on the subscriber profile based on device type, a location of the device, or a combination of both. The system may receive information relating to the subscriber, the type of device, and the location of the device to perform a lookup of available profiles or profile settings and either update an existing profile for current use or select a profile from a catalog of available profiles.
