TELECOM INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
The disclosed telecom information processing system and method thereof allows a telecommunications provider to enable its business and organisational customers to view, report on and analyse the expenses that have been billed (historical invoicing periods) or will be billed (real-time outstanding invoicing period) to the customer for their usage of telecommunications services (typically call charges and/or data charges and/or other charges) as agreed in their contractual arrangements, by directly ingesting call data records (CDRs) and data usage records from the network and calculating the correct invoicing based on records held in the software invention, defining those contractual arrangements.
Customized service plan generation
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are described for generating customized service plans for a wireless telecommunications network. An operator of a wireless telecommunications network may allow users to access the network in accordance with a service plan, which may specify terms and conditions associated with usage of the network (e.g., types of usage, amounts of usage, geographic areas, associated mobile devices and users, subscription fees, etc.). Customized, user-specific service plans for the wireless network may be generated and implemented by determining that a user satisfies one or more criteria for applying service plan modifications. A user may be required to agree to specified conditions, such as upgrading a mobile device or subscribing for a specified time period, in order to accept a customized service plan. Multiple modifications may be applied to a base service plan, and plans and/or modifications for which the user is eligible may be identified.
Application programming interface (API) to provide network metrics and network resource control to users
Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing network application programming interface (API), and, more particularly, API to provide network metrics and network resource control to users. In some embodiments, a computing system might receive customer network telemetry data from a first network via a gateway API, might receive service provider network telemetry data from a second network(s) via a network API, might compile the customer network telemetry data and the service provider network telemetry data, might receive a request from a user to access information regarding network services associated with the user, might filter the compiled customer network telemetry data and the compiled service provider network telemetry data to isolate first telemetry data and second telemetry data, respectively, might provide the user with access to at least one of the first telemetry data or the second telemetry data, and might provide the user with options to control network resources.
Associating vehicle user equipment with customer mobile accounts
A server device can, in response to a mobile device request, facilitate presentation of a login page via a mobile device. The login page can prompt for access credentials to a user account associated with mobile communications services and associated with a user identity, wherein a displayed link by an in-vehicle user equipment enabled the mobile device to request the login page. Based on a receipt of the access credentials from the mobile device, the server device can facilitate displaying a prompt, via the mobile device, for entry of an activation code, wherein the activation code was displayed by the in-vehicle user equipment along with the displayed link. The server device can receive a submitted code from the mobile device, and in response to the submitted code being determined to match the activation code, pairing the in-vehicle user equipment with the user account.
CERTIFICATION AND ACTIVATION OF USED PHONES ON A WIRELESS CARRIER NETWORK
Telecommunication services systems and methods are disclosed. The telecommunication services systems and methods preferably enable a buyer to certify and activate a used wireless telecommunications device. The systems and methods may also be employed to provide the buyer with specialized pricing options and other customized services.
TOLL-FREE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
A Toll-Free Management Platform (TFMP) includes methods and systems for number administration, customer administration, call management services, texting services and text registry, and a smart services registry. The TFMP may allow users to receive through a web-based interface, an activate request from a user, wherein the request includes at least a customer record template reference and an indication of when to active a toll-free telecommunications number associated with the request. The request may include at least one IP address datum associated with the toll-free telecommunications number. A user interface may allow activating a toll-free number, and users may access the TFMP to create and access existing templates of toll-free call routing templates, and utilize a routing tree engine to create customized call routing trees for the toll-free numbers of interest to the user.
Data-plan-based quality setting suggestions and use thereof to manage content provider services
A user device described herein suggests a change to a quality setting associated with the consumption of content from one or more content providers. The change is suggested based both on a user's data plan and on a service quality of content received by the user device. This user-selected quality setting is then provided to the telecommunication network, which reduces network resources available for transmission of the content based on the quality setting. Such reduced network resources cause the content providers to provide content at a service quality no greater than the quality setting. Also, the user may be presented with or defaulted to selecting an option for a program offering consumption of the video content free of charge when provided to the user at a limited service quality. When the user participates, consumption of video content is then conditionally excluded from a consumption metric of the data plan.
Method and system for implementing dual network telemetry application programming interface (API) framework
Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing network application programming interface (API), and, more particularly, implementing dual network telemetry API framework. In some embodiments, a computing system might receive first network telemetry data from a first network via a gateway API, might receive second network telemetry data from one or more second networks via a network API, and might analyze the first network telemetry data and the second network telemetry data to determine first instructions to send to the first network and to determine second instructions to send to the one or more second networks. The computing system might send the first instructions to first nodes in the first network to cause the first nodes to perform at least one first action and send the second instructions to each second network to cause the second nodes in each second networks to perform at least one second action.

CHARGING APPARATUS, METHOD, SYSTEM, AND NON-TRANSITORY MEDIUM
User identification information for identifying a user of a first terminal connecting to a communication network of a virtual communication operator via a communication network of a first communication operator is specified, and, based on the user identification information, charging for communication of the first terminal and charging for a service that the virtual communication operator is enabled to provide to the user identified by the user identification information are managed.
