RESELLER EXCHANGE SYSTEM
A reseller exchange system (RES) that allows a telecommunications provider to market/sell products/services of a third-party provider to its customers is disclosed. The (RES) stores a product/service catalogue of one or more products/services of one or more third party providers and a database including one or more agreements between a telecommunications provider and at least one of one or more customers or one or more third party providers. Further, the RES communicates with disparately located one or more clients. The RES customizes billing details of the one or more products/services to be marketed and/or sold to the one or more customers using the one or more agreements. The RES is configured to override pricing of any product from any third party provider or to any customer on any transaction, as may be required in negotiations with the customer and/or third party provider.
TOLL-FREE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
A Toll-Free Management Platform (TFMP) includes methods and systems for number administration, customer administration, call management services, texting services and text registry, and a smart services registry. The TFMP may allow users to receive through a web-based interface, an activate request from a user, wherein the request includes at least a customer record template reference and an indication of when to active a toll-free telecommunications number associated with the request. The request may include at least one IP address datum associated with the toll-free telecommunications number. A user interface may allow activating a toll-free number, and users may access the TFMP to create and access existing templates of toll-free call routing templates, and utilize a routing tree engine to create customized call routing trees for the toll-free numbers of interest to the user.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING SHARING GROUPS IN A SERVICE DELIVERY SYSTEM
In a service delivery system, a computing system is provided for maintaining membership in a sharing group associated with a sharable service. The system includes a CRM module generating a user interface for displaying current membership in the sharing group and receiving, via the user interface, instructions to modify the current membership. The CRM module automatically generates and inserts into a transaction table at least one pending modification transaction for the sharing group in accordance with the instructions, and a billing module comprising a billing database storing associations between one or more member services and the sharing group modifies the associations in the billing database in accordance with the at least one pending transaction. A computer-implemented method and computer-readable medium are also provided.
OPERATING SYSTEM SUPPORTING COST AWARE APPLICATIONS
A mobile computing device that supports cost-aware application components for operation over a metered network. A current basis for computing usage charges over one or more networks may be made available to the cost-aware application components through an application programming interface supported by an operating system service. That service may receive a policy for charging for data usage over a network and may also obtain information defining data usage for the mobile computing device. Based on this information, the service may determine a current basis for charging for data usage. With this information, the application component can determine a manner for executing network operations that involve data transmission over the network, such as deferring the operation or selecting an alternative network.
TOLL-FREE NUMBERS METADATA TAGGING, ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
A toll-free tagging service is provided that includes a subscription-based service that is made available to responsible organizations, consumers and businesses. The toll-free tagging service may provide the ability to tag a toll-free number (or group of numbers), and once a number is tagged, to track updates to that number that may then be distributed to customers through emails/text messages or other means. Subscribers of the toll-free tagging service may also have the ability to create, view, update and delete tags through a web application, mobile application, or some other user interface.
Charging apparatus, method, system, and non-transitory medium
User identification information for identifying a user of a first terminal connecting to a communication network of a virtual communication operator via a communication network of a first communication operator is specified, and, based on the user identification information, charging for communication of the first terminal and charging for a service that the virtual communication operator is enabled to provide to the user identified by the user identification information are managed.
MANAGEMENT OF TOLL-FREE NUMBER MISUSE AND FRAUD DETECTION
Methods and systems for providing a rating system that allow for customers to create a database of toll-free numbers that are abused by malicious consumers which may be cloud-based and allow for service providers to dip prior to completing or accepting calls.

With this information, the application component can determine a manner for executing network operations that involve data transmission over the network, such as deferring the operation or selecting an alternative network.
ACCESS POINT CONNECTION METHOD AND TERMINAL
Embodiments of this application relate to the communications field, and provide an access point connection method and a terminal, so as to preferentially connect to a traffic-free access point, reduce traffic consumption of a user, and improve video experience of the user. The method specifically includes: A terminal first obtains a charging type of each of at least one AP, where the AP charging type includes a traffic-free AP and a traffic-charged AP; and then the terminal selects an AP for connection based on the charging type of each of the at least one AP and an AP connection priority. A connection priority of the traffic-free AP is higher than that of the traffic-charged AP. This application is used to connect to an AP by a terminal.
Application Programming Interface (API) to Provide Network Metrics and Network Resource Control to Users
Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing network application programming interface (API), and, more particularly, API to provide network metrics and network resource control to users. In some embodiments, a computing system might receive customer network telemetry data from a first network via a gateway API, might receive service provider network telemetry data from a second network(s) via a network API, might compile the customer network telemetry data and the service provider network telemetry data, might receive a request from a user to access information regarding network services associated with the user, might filter the compiled customer network telemetry data and the compiled service provider network telemetry data to isolate first telemetry data and second telemetry data, respectively, might provide the user with access to at least one of the first telemetry data or the second telemetry data, and might provide the user with options to control network resources.
