Device Assisted CDR Creation, Aggregation, Mediation and Billing
There is provided an end point device including one or more processors configured to establish a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection with an intermediate networking device, communicate, to the intermediate networking device, an end point device credential that uniquely identifies the end point device, access a WWAN using a single user account associated with the end point device credential and the intermediate networking device, transmit network traffic to a forwarding layer of the intermediate networking device for forwarding the network traffic to the WWAN according to an access network forwarding policy, and communicate signals to indicate a current geographic location of the end point device.

IOT-connected devices and equipment automated login system
A modified telecommunications system is provided herein in which UEs can be associated with a user account using information other than SIM card data or a username and password combination. For example, when a subscriber activates a user account, the subscriber may be requested to provide a signature. A signature can include a unique PIN, a sample voice command, a fingerprint, a retinal scan, and/or the like. The signature may be stored in a data store in an entry corresponding to the user account. To associate a UE with a user account, the subscriber can provide a signature via the UE. The UE can then transmit the provided signature and a UE address to a management system. The management system can then store the UE address in the data store in an entry associated with the user account that corresponds with the provided signature.
Automated account provisioning
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to systems, methods, and apparatus for allowing an issuer to initiate account provisioning on a mobile device without interacting with an accountholder. The issuer may initiate the process by sending a provisioning information request message to a mobile device with a secure element. The mobile device may recognize the provisioning request message and gather the requisite provisioning information without requiring user input. The provisioning information may include information associated with the secure element of the mobile device. The mobile device may then send a provisioning request message to a provisioning system. The provisioning request message may include the requisite provisioning information to allow the provisioning system to provision the financial account on the secure element of the mobile device.
UNIVERSAL DATA SPONSORSHIP SOLUTION (UDSS)
A system for creating and managing Sponsored Data Plans in a geographic area spanning across multiple mobile telecommunications networks includes a UDSS Portal to receive Sponsorship campaign parameters, and a UDSS Application Server to accept and propagate resulting policies and configurations to a relevant network operators' OCS and Sponsorship Application Server components based on the campaign targeted geographic areas received by the UDSS Application Server from the UDSS Portal. The system may include a UDSS Proxy Server to implement a mechanism to perform protocol and data integrity checks; and look up any active cached matching campaign parameters. The Sponsorship Application Server inside the operator's network may determine the operator's subscriber eligibility to the sponsored content. The system may include a UE to send a request for a sponsored content and an operator's PCEF to receive and forward the request to the Sponsorship Application Server for determination of sponsorship eligibility.
Device assisted CDR creation, aggregation, mediation and billing
Device assisted CDR creation, aggregation, mediation and billing is provided. In some embodiments, device assisted CDR creation, aggregation, mediation and billing for a wireless network includes collecting device generated service usage information for one or more devices in wireless communication on the wireless network; and providing the device generated service usage information in a syntax (e.g., a device assisted charging data record (CDR)) and a communication protocol (e.g., 3GPP, 3GPP2, or other communication protocols) that can be used by other network devices to augment or replace network generated service usage information for the one or more devices in wireless communication on the wireless network.
Device Assisted CDR Creation, Aggregation, Mediation and Billing
There is provided a system including a processor of a network device in communication with a wireless network. The processor is configured to collect device generated service usage information for one or more devices in wireless communication on the wireless network, and provide the device generated service usage information in a syntax and a communication protocol that can be used by other network devices to augment or replace network generated service usage information for the one or more devices in wireless communication on the wireless network.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACCOUNT LEVEL MAXIMUM BIT RATE ENFORCEMENT
A network device enables account-level data speed enforcement over a wireless core network. The network device obtains an account identifier for a user device requesting a session, wherein the account identifier applies to multiple user devices. The network device stores the account identifier associated with a user device identifier for the user device and an access point name (APN) identifier for the session. The network device associates the account identifier with an account aggregate maximum bit rate (AMBR) value and stores, in a memory, an entry including the account identifier, the user device identifier, and the APN identifier. The network device calculates, a per-APN AMBR value for the session, wherein the per-APN AMBR value includes a portion of the account AMBR value, and sends, to a packet data network (PDN) gateway (PGW) device, the per-APN AMBR value for the session requested by the user device.
Device group partitions and settlement platform
Device group partitions and a settlement platform are provided. In some embodiments, device group partitions (e.g., partitions of devices based on associated device groups) are provided. In some embodiments, a settlement platform service is provided. In some embodiments, a settlement platform service is provided for partitioned devices. In some embodiments, collecting device generated service usage information for one or more devices in wireless communication on a wireless network; and aggregating the device generated service usage information for a settlement platform for the one or more devices in wireless communication on the wireless network is provided. In some embodiments, a settlement platform implements a service billing allocation and/or a service/transactional revenue share among one or more partners. In some embodiments, service usage information includes micro-CDRs, which are used for CDR mediation or reconciliation that provides for service usage accounting on any device activity that is desired. In some embodiments, each device activity that is desired to be associated with a billing event is assigned a micro-CDR transaction code, and a service processor of the device is programmed to account for that activity associated with that transaction code. In some embodiments, a service processor executing on a wireless communications device periodically reports (e.g., during each heartbeat or based on any other periodic, push, and/or pull communication technique(s)) micro-CDR usage measures to, for example, a service controller or some other network element for CDR mediation or reconciliation.
IOT-CONNECTED DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT AUTOMATED LOGIN SYSTEM

For example, when a subscriber activates a user account, the subscriber may be requested to provide a signature. A signature can include a unique PIN, a sample voice command, a fingerprint, a retinal scan, and/or the like. The signature may be stored in a data store in an entry corresponding to the user account. To associate a UE with a user account, the subscriber can provide a signature via the UE. The UE can then transmit the provided signature and a UE address to a management system. The management system can then store the UE address in the data store in an entry associated with the user account that corresponds with the provided signature.
