One disclosed system includes dialer device with a dialer identifier that initiates a call with a receiver device with a receiver identifier over a voice channel. A database stores: interaction data in association with both the receiver identifier and the dialer identifier; a content quality metric in association with the interaction data; and a network topology in which the receiver identifier and the dialer identifier are associated with nodes and are connected by an edge. A server is programmed to: update, based on the content quality metric and the network topology, a rankings associated with the receiver identifier and the dialer identifier; and one of: surface the ranking associated with the dialer identifier and the ranking associated with the receiver identifier to an external searching agent using an external data channel and without using any voice channel; or rank the dialer identifier for an internal searching agent using the ranking.
System and method for collecting consumption
Various embodiments disclosed herein are related to a non-transitory computer readable storage medium. In some embodiments, the medium includes instructions stored thereon that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to identify, at an edge network, resource consumption data including a status that indicates whether a service hosted on a cluster of nodes on the edge network is powered on, a type of a resource being consumed by the service, a quantity of the resource being consumed by the service, and a time stamp associated with the resource being consumed by the service and provide, to a remote server in communication with the edge network, the resource consumption data. In some embodiments, the remote server meters resource consumption based on the resource consumption data.
Simultaneous Voice and Data Content Driven Commercial Data Platform
One disclosed system comprises a server; a receiver device with a receiver identifier; a dialer device with a dialer identifier; a dialer programmed to initiate a voice call, over a voice channel, with the receiver device using the receiver identifier; a database; and a data channel connecting the dialer device, the receiver device, and the server. The database stores interaction data in association with both the receiver identifier and the dialer identifier. The system is programmed to: obtain a voice sample from the voice call; process the voice sample to obtain a search cue; obtain one or more interaction data from the database using the search cue; obtain a response data from the one or more interaction data; and surface, during the voice call, the response data to one of the dialer device and the receiver device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IDENTIFYING ENTITY LOCATIONS BASED ON DEVICE LOCATION DATA
Systems and methods are provided for use in identifying an entity's location based on device-level location data. One example computer-implemented method includes, for an entity associated with an unconfirmed location, transmitting, to a mobile device, a request to identify a physical location of the entity and receiving, from the mobile device, a response including at least (i) an identifier associated with the entity and/or a user associated with the mobile device and (ii) a location of the mobile device at the physical location of the entity. The method also includes matching the location of the mobile device to a transaction record for a transaction at the entity based on the transaction record including the identifier from the response and, in response to a match, assigning the location to the entity and publishing the assigned location of the entity.
Medical alert device
A medical alert device that may be used to transmit a medical alert over a wireless network. The medical alert device includes a microprocessor for controlling the operation of the device, a data store configured to store the phone number of at least one predetermined call recipient, and a wireless communication module that is connectable to a wireless network. The medical alert device also includes a preprogrammed user actuatable button that is configured to, upon being actuated, initiate the execution of software instructions by the microprocessor to retrieve a phone number stored on the data store. The microprocessor may then connect to the wireless network and establish a communication link with the predetermined call recipient by dialing the phone number. Also disclosed are peripheral devices that may be operatively connected to the medical alert device.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining roaming agreement data related to roaming agreements that are between a wireless provider and a respective one of a plurality of wireless roaming providers; obtaining, for each wireless subscriber of the wireless provider, respective roaming usage data, all of the respective roaming usage data comprising collective roaming usage data; training, based upon the collective roaming usage data, a set of one or more models, the one or more models comprising one or more statistical models, one or more machine learning models, or any combination thereof, the one or more models being trained with multiple iterations of feedback loops, and the training resulting in one or more trained models; estimating for each wireless subscriber, based upon the one or more trained models, respective projected location information for a future time, all of the respective projected location information comprising collective projected location information; obtaining, for each of a plurality of wireless coverage areas of the plurality of wireless roaming providers, respective real-time network quality measurement data, all of the respective real-time network quality measurement data comprising collective real-time network quality measurement data; modeling a plurality of scenarios for the future time based upon the roaming agreement data, based upon the collective real-time network quality measurement data and based upon the collective projected location information, each of the scenarios identifying for each of a plurality of projected future wireless roaming subscribers a respective one of the wireless roaming providers to communicate with at the future time, each of the scenarios further identifying a respective cost to the wireless provider, and the modeling being performed via use of a plurality of model constraints; selecting from the scenarios, as a selected scenario, a scenario that has associated therewith a lowest total cost to the wireless provider also satisfying one or more of the plurality of model constraints based upon the collective roaming agreement data; and sending recommendations, to a plurality of steering mechanisms, in order to implement the selected scenario.
