ADJUDICATION OF ACCESS POLICIES IN WIRELESS DEVICE NETWORK
Methods and systems for controlling dynamic spectrum access (DSA) for the purposes of wirelessly communicating or exchanging data within a network environment are disclosed. Methods may include detecting, via at least one asset included in a wireless device network, at least one candidate asset attempting to enter the wireless device network from an external network, and constructing a spectrum profile for the wireless device network based on metadata for transactions between assets in the wireless device network. The method may also include applying an access policy including the spectrum profile to the at least one candidate asset within the wireless device network, and admitting the at least one candidate asset to the wireless device network in response to applying the access policy to the at least one candidate asset.
Quota Management Method and Apparatus
A quota management method includes: sending, by a client, a charging request to a server, where the charging request carries quota request information and information of quota usage; receiving, by the client, a granted quota and indication information from the server; processing, by the client, the granted quota and a remaining quota on the client based on the indication information, where the remaining quota is a difference between a quota granted by the server last time and the quota usage in the charging request; and using, by the client, a processed quota, and reporting information of usage of the processed quota when a reporting condition is met.
MULTIFUNCTION WIRELESS DEVICE
A communication device and system are disclosed for providing communication and data services to residents of a controlled facility. The device can be restricted to communicating only using an internet protocol so as to restrict the device communication to an internal intranet. Wireless access points may be disposed throughout the environment to route calls and data between the device and a central processing center. By converting a protocol of the communications received from the device to a protocol used by the central processing center, minimal modifications to the central processing center are needed to support a wireless communication infrastructure. Many restrictions and safeguards may be implemented within the phone and system in order to prevent improper use.

COMPUTERIZED METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR SPECTRUM ACCESS
A system and computerized method for controlling access to shared spectrum in which access is prioritized among different classes of devices so that top priority devices have immediate access to the shared spectrum and lower priority devices contend for access. In some embodiments, the system and computerized method comprises managing a set of priority classes of devices to use the shared spectrum and granting rights to one or more of the requesting devices to use a portion of the shared spectrum during a requested use period based on a decision making process.
Tracking data usage in a secure session
A first device may obtain a session time record that includes information relating to a secure session. The session time record may include a content identifier and a device identifier that is associated with a second device. The content identifier may be associated with content to be provided via a secure session and via the second device. The content may be associated with a sponsored data campaign. The first device may obtain, from the second device, data usage information identifying an amount of data provided via the second device and in association with the secure session. The first device may determine information identifying a party responsible for the amount of data provided in association with the secure session based on the session time record and based on the data usage information. The first device may store or provide the information identifying the party responsible for the amount of data.

Recognizing and authenticating mobile devices based on unique cross-channel bindings
Aspects of the disclosure relate to recognizing and authenticating mobile devices based on unique cross-channel bindings. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive, from a telephone agent support computer system, call information associated with a telephone call. Subsequently, the computing platform may identify a source device that placed the telephone call, based on binding information maintained by the computing platform for the source device. Based on identifying the source device that placed the telephone call, the computing platform may load user information associated with a user account linked to the source device. Next, the computing platform may set one or more authentication flags for the user account based on the binding information. Then, the computing platform may send, to the telephone agent support computer system, the user information and authentication information based on the one or more authentication flags set for the user account linked to the source device.
