FAN VEHICLE WITH ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE
A fan vehicle includes a driving wheel, a wind resistance wheel, a resistance unit and a power generating unit. The driving wheel can be driven by two pedals. The wind resistance wheel is connected to the driving wheel via a transmission unit in order to rotate synchronously. The resistance unit includes a mandrel, a flywheel installed on the mandrel and connected to the transmission unit, a magnetic ring mounted onto the flywheel and a magnet securement rack installed on the outer perimeter of the flywheel. One side of the magnet securement rack includes a plurality of magnets. The magnet securement rack can be pulled by a cable in order to change the distance of the magnets relative to the magnetic ring in order to adjust the magnitude of the magnetic resistance. The power generating unit is installed inside the flywheel.
Exercise device with rocking seat
An exercise device is disclosed which is safe to use, resists muscle adaptation, incorporates multiple methods of resistance, can quickly and easily switch between exercise modes to provide the user with the most optimal exercise routine and the least amount of hassle, and can otherwise remove the limitations of prior art machines. The exercise device can be utilized by the user to perform rowing exercises targeting cardiovascular training, high intensity training, strength training, muscle-building training and core building. Moreover, the exercise device is easy to use, will have multiple methods of operation, can quickly and easily switch between these methods of operation, and will not limit the user in the types of exercises to be performed.

Exercise machine having non-matched cable pairing
An exercise machine having non-matched cable pairing is provided. The exercise machine may include a frame, a resistance element, at least a first plurality of corresponding engagement points and a second plurality of corresponding engagement points operatively associated with the frame, and first and second elongated flexible members routed through a pulley system. The first flexible member may be operably associated with the resistance element and may include opposing cable portions associated with and extending between one of the first plurality of corresponding engagement points and another engagement point not in the first plurality of corresponding engagement points. The second flexible member may be operably associated with the resistance element and may include opposing cable portions associated with and extending between another of the first plurality of corresponding engagement points and another engagement point not in the first plurality of corresponding engagement points.
Exercise bike
An exercise bike includes a frame, a rotor assembly and a drive assembly mounted on the frame, where the drive assembly is configured to drive rotation of the rotor assembly, and a cover configured to at least partially cover the rotor assembly. The components of the drive assembly and the rotor assembly include structures that improve the performance of the exercise bike, including but not limited to a strong and rigid construction and improvements in belt tracking, user feel, effort consistency, synchronization, and rotor performance.
Tennis training apparatus
A sports training/exercise apparatus attached to a swinging sports apparatus, typically a racquet and most specifically a tennis racquet. The apparatus includes a drag chute with a rigid member disposed therearound and a clamp secured to each side of the drag chute. A transverse support rod is positioned between the clamps and includes an aperture therein. The apparatus further includes brackets at the top and bottom of the racquet head. A longitudinal support rod is positioned between the brackets and extends through the aperture in the transverse support rod. Thus, the transverse support rod, the side clamps, and the drag chute are slidable along the longitudinal support rod to adjust resistance. A locking mechanism can be used to lock the transverse support rod in a position along the longitudinal support rod.
Systems and methods for reducing runaway resistance on an exercise device
A treadmill may include a deck, a first pulley incorporated into the deck, a second pulley incorporated into the deck, a tread belt surrounding the first pulley and the second pulley, a motor in mechanical communication with at least one of the first pulley and the second pulley to move the tread belt in a first direction, and a runaway mitigation mechanism in at least indirect mechanical communication with the motor. The runaway mitigation mechanism at least mitigates a motor runaway condition.
Sporting apparatus training aid
A sporting apparatus training aid having a central wall with an inner surface, an outer surface opposing the inner surface of the cylindrical central wall, and with one or more plate-like side fin(s) radially extending outwardly from the outer surface of the central wall, the training aid also having a plate-like base fin coupled to the side fin(s) at an angle to create air resistance thereon and in multiple directions when a sporting apparatus and the training aid are swung together.
Cooling methods for exercise equipment
A method for cooling a motor on a treadmill includes rotating a flywheel with a drive motor. A ring member coupled to the flywheel is be rotated with the flywheel. A pressure drop is generated in an annulus of the ring member between the drive motor and a lift motor. Intake air is drawn in a first direction across the lift motor toward the pressure drop.
Inclinable exercise machine
An exercise machine may include a stationary frame, an inclinable portion movably connected to the stationary frame, and an incline mechanism connected to the stationary frame. The incline mechanism may include a coiling mechanism, a coiling rod of the coiling mechanism, a flexible coiling link movable with a rotation of the coiling rod, and where the flexible coiling link is connected to the inclinable portion.
