A transaction processing platform capable of facilitating the distribution to consumers of various types of prepaid products is disclosed. The transaction processing platform is configured to interface with one or more providers of such prepaid products in order to facilitate the procurement or activation of the products. The platform includes a conduit interface through which service request messages are received and respectively utilized to generate transaction requests for corresponding types of prepaid services. A supply interface arrangement, operatively coupled to the conduit interface, is configured to route a first of the transaction requests through a first supply interface associated with a first type of prepaid service. The supply interface arrangement also routes a second transaction request through a second supply interface associated with a second type of prepaid service. The platform is also configured to provide supplier response information received through the supply interfaces to the conduit interface.

Systems and methods manage data traffic by converging a mobile network operator (MNO) core network with a multiple-system operator (MSO) core network (e.g., a Hybrid-Mobile Virtual Network Operator (H-MVNO) core network). The system architecture includes one or more standards-based inter-network interfaces (e.g., as defined by Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standards) established between the MSO core network and the MNO core network and/or a dedicated core to provide a data signal pathway between the MNO core network and the MSO core network. As such, a user equipment (UE) receives data services through the H-MVNO core network via the standards-based inter-network interface when the UE is connected to a radio access network (RAN) for the MNO core network. Various configurations provide data services for single-subscriber identity module (SIM) UEs and dual-SIM UEs. Voice/message services are provided by a voice/message core.

Account status of the mobile subscriber based at least in part on a match between the current IMSI and the IMSI of the database entry is verified. Verifying the account status includes determining creditworthiness with respect to the account of the mobile subscriber.
