System, Method, and Process for Handling Wireless Service and Wireless Device Transaction and Information Requests
A process for handling wireless service and wireless device transaction and information requests includes storing in a database wireless service information responses, wireless service transaction responses, wireless device information responses, and wireless device transaction responses. The process including receiving and analyzing a keyword, obtaining a response, based at least on the keyword, and transmitting the response.
System and method for mobile data top-up
A system and method for providing top-up of mobile data, by processing one or more transactions between a data sponsor and a data beneficiary who is possibly being served by multiple data providers. The top-up can be based on i) an application program interface (API) call being made into the mobile network operator of a data user or ii) an API call being made into a sponsored data (SD) platform/system (SDS) to allocate a quota to the data user, among other possible product options. In the first option, provisioning of the data quota and consumption against the quota is managed directly by the mobile network operator itself. In the second option, allocation of the quota and consumption against the quota is managed by the SDS and an SD control app. The system can select a particular option because that option best meets one or more business goals or rules.
System and method to support diameter credit control session redirection using SCIM/service broker
A system and method which overcome the limitations of online charging systems which do not natively support redirection functionality. In an embodiment of the invention a SCIM provides the added redirection functionality to online charging systems which do not natively support redirection functionality. The SCIM supports redirection of a user session to a process application in a manner which allows the user to easily continue with the activity the user was engaged. If selected criteria are met the SCIM can update credit control answers (CCA) with redirection information to redirect the session to an application.
Transaction processing platform for facilitating electronic distribution of plural prepaid services
A transaction processing platform capable of facilitating the distribution to consumers of various types of prepaid products is disclosed. The transaction processing platform is configured to interface with one or more providers of such prepaid products in order to facilitate the procurement or activation of the products. The platform includes a conduit interface through which service request messages are received and respectively utilized to generate transaction requests for corresponding types of prepaid services. A supply interface arrangement, operatively coupled to the conduit interface, is configured to route a first of the transaction requests through a first supply interface associated with a first type of prepaid service. The supply interface arrangement also routes a second transaction request through a second supply interface associated with a second type of prepaid service. The platform is also configured to provide supplier response information received through the supply interfaces to the conduit interface.
Restoring functionality of a mobile device
A method and system of restoring a functionality of a mobile user device. A lock screen is displayed on the display of the user device. An international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) of a subscriber identity module (SIM) card presently installed in the user device is determined. The IMSI is sent to a Remote Recovery Server (RRS). A message is received from the RRS indicating whether the IMSI is authorized for the user device and whether an account of the user device is replenished at least in part. Upon determining that the IMSI is authorized for the user device and the account of the user device is replenished at least in part, at least one function that was previously restricted is restored.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIA FOR VALIDATING A REDIRECT ADDRESS IN A DIAMETER MESSAGE
Methods, systems, and computer readable media for validating a redirect address in a Diameter message are disclosed. One method occurs at a Diameter node, e.g., a Diameter routing agent (DRA) node, a packet data network (PDN) gateway, a policy and charging enforcement function (PCEF) node, or a Diameter edge agent (DEA) node. The method includes receiving a message containing a redirect address that appears to be associated with a top-up server for facilitating a subscriber to recharge or top-up an account balance. The method also includes determining whether the redirect address is valid by querying, using a subscriber related identifier, a data structure containing one or more addresses. The method further includes performing at least one action based on the determining.
PROVIDING BLOCKCHAIN-BASED SUBSCRIPTION-AS-A-SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Providing blockchain-based subscription-as-a-service management is disclosed. In one example, a node within a customer network begins execution of a subscription-as-a-service software instance. An activation agent of the node broadcasts an activation transaction, requesting activation of the subscription-as-a-service software instance, to other nodes of the customer network. A block-issuing node within the customer network, upon receiving the activation transaction, determines whether to activate the subscription-as-a-service software instance. If so, a block-issuing agent of the block-issuing node generates a blockchain block containing the activation transaction as part of a blockchain. The blockchain block is then broadcast back to the customer network, where it is eventually received by the node executing the subscription-as-a-service software instance. Based on the blockchain block, the node enables continued execution of the subscription-as-a-service software instance. At the end of a billing period, the blockchain may be used to generate an invoice to a subscribing customer.
Recharging method for virtual identity module, and device
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a recharging method for a virtual identity module, and a device. A first recharge request that is sent by user equipment and carries user account information and recharge information is received; a to-be-recharged virtual identity module and a recharge amount are determined according to the recharge information; a second recharge request is sent to an operations support system of the to-be-recharged virtual identity module, where the second recharge request carries the recharge amount and the user account information, so that the operations support system of the to-be-recharged virtual identity module deducts the recharge amount from an account corresponding to the user account information, and recharges the to-be-recharged virtual identity module. Recharging manners are diversified, and a recharging process is more flexible and convenient.
System and Method for Electronic Prepaid Account Replenishment
A method for crediting a customer account maintained by a vendor of services in response to payment received from a customer is disclosed herein. The method includes issuing, to the customer, a membership account number associated with at least the customer account. A membership account number and a payment corresponding to a requested amount of a service offered by the vendor are received from the customer at a point-of-sale. The method further includes generating, at the point-of-sale, an authorization message including at least the membership account number and embedded transaction information identifying the service offered by the vendor and the requested amount. The embedded transaction information is then communicated from the point-of-sale to a database server. The customer account is credited, in response to the embedded transaction information, based upon an amount of the payment. The method also includes electronically transferring funds based upon the amount of the payment from a first account associated with the point-of-sale to a second account associated with the vendor.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR TOP-UP
Methods and systems for top-up are provided. A representative top-up system includes a top-up gateway that receives a recipient phone number associated with a phone user's account. A home location register (HLR) look up service (HLR) look up service that receives the recipient phone number from the top-up gateway determines the telephone service company associated with the recipient phone number and transmits the information related to the determined telephone service company to the top-up gateway. The top-up gateway tops up phone minutes and/or balance of money of the phone user's account associated with the phone number based on the phone number, and requested telephone service company.
