Determining most effective call parameters and presenting to representative
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for determining most effective call parameters for a representative-customer interaction for a representative working to recover payment in arrears. Embodiments of the invention retrieve call history data and date of payment data; correlate the call history data and the payment data; determine success information based on the correlation of call history data and payment data; and present the success information to the representative for improving likelihood of future success. Other embodiments retrieve call history data and determine best time and/or channel for contacting the customer in order to achieve customer contact.
Systems and methods for secure assisted order generation
A system described herein may provide for the verification of payment information associated with a particular user request. The payment information may be verified by a third party and provide verification information to the call center processing the order request. Some information may be provided by the call center processing through the request by receiving information regarding the particular user from a repository.
PAYMENT, MESSAGING, CALLING, AND MULTIMEDIA SYSTEM ON MOBILE AND WEARABLE DEVICE WITH HAPTIC CONTROL FOR ONE-SCAN AND SINGLE-TOUCH PAYMENTS
Provided are computer implemented methods and systems for messaging, calling, and single-touch and one-scan payments and buying via mobile and wearable devices. An exemplary system comprises a processor and a database in communication with the processor. The processor is configured to provide a haptic control associated with the system. The haptic control is shown on a display of a mobile and wearable device overlapping other visual elements. The haptic control provides mode selection elements associated with a payment, messaging, and calling modes. The processor receives a selection of the payment mode via the mode selection elements from a user. Upon the selection, context is extracted from the display. Based on the context, a payment transaction type which the user intends to perform is determined. The payment transaction type includes a payment receiving transaction and a payment sending transaction. Based on the determining, a transaction request is sent to a financial institution using the extraction.
METHODS, DEVICES, AND SYSTEMS FOR MOBILE DEVICE OPERATIONS DURING TELEPHONE CALLS
Aspects of the disclosure relate to mobile device operations during an ongoing call. The mobile device operations may relate to payment processing operations. The mobile device may determine contact information associated with a party in an ongoing call. The mobile device may determine, based on the contact information, information associated with a payment transaction request. The mobile device may send, based on the determined information the payment transaction request. The mobile device may dynamically determine a user interface to be displayed during the call to facilitate the various mobile device operations.
Systems and methods to generate a location dependent alert in a mobile device of a user
A mobile device having a position determination device and a mobile application configured, in response to the location of the mobile device determined by the position determination device, to: predict a transaction based at least in part on the location of the mobile device; select, based at least in part on the location of the mobile device, a first account for the transaction from a plurality of accounts identified by the identification information; and provide, via the user interface, an alert identifying the first account, before a user of the mobile device begins to make the transaction. The prediction can be made based on a location pattern relative to the location of a transaction terminal and/or the detection of short-range wireless signals of the transaction terminal.

APPARATUS, METHODS, AND ARTICLES OF MANUFACTURE FOR FILTERING CALLS AND REDUCING SPOOFING AND SPAMMING
Unsolicited electronic communications such as robocalls and person-initiated solicitation calls are reduced by imposing tolls for completion of the connections to the called parties, and refunding the tolls to the entities indicated by the electronic communications as the calling parties. In this way, a dishonest originator of a spoofed call bears the cost of the toll, and the toll is not refunded to the dishonest originator. On the other hand, the toll collected from an honest originator of a non-spoofed call is refunded to the honest originator, making the toll transparent to the honest originator and avoiding annoyance of the honest caller caused by the toll. Unsolicited calls may be subjected to filtering, particularly filtering based on the indications of the origins of the calls.
System, method, and computer program product for tracking calls
A system, method, and computer program product uses an application that allows people who have websites to track phone calls by how they got to the website. JavaScript may be loaded onto the webpage that tracks how a visitor came to the site, and then displays a phone number that is unique to that visitor. When a call comes in, the application determines which visitor called in, based on the number they dialed and other metrics. This allows the application to match the source of the visit to the phone call itself.
Best Time to Send Limited-Content Text Messages to Parties
Technologies are disclosed for determining a best time to send a text message to a party over a plurality of contact periods of time to achieve having the party respond to the message with a desired outcome and/or result. Various embodiments of the invention involve determining, for each period of time, an amount of time the party is expected to take to respond to the text message, a cost of sending the message, and a probability of the party responding with the desired outcome and/or result as a result of sending the message during the period of time. A contact attempt value is determined for each period of time based on these variables along with a desirability of sending the message to the party during the period of time. Accordingly, the best time to send the message is identified as the period of time having the highest contact attempt value.
Voice currency token based electronic payment transactions
The invention provides systems, methods and computer program products for secure electronic payment transactions based on voice generated currency tokens. The invention comprises implementing at a voice currency platform server, the steps of (i) receiving from a payor terminal device a request for generation of a voice currency token, (ii) performing voice based biometric authentication by matching the voice data received from the payor terminal device against one or more voice based biometric templates associated with the payor voice currency platform account, (iii) performing speech analysis to extract at least the currency amount identified within the voice data received from the payor terminal device and (iv) generating an encrypted voice currency token.
