PERFORMING A CUSTOM ACTION DURING CALL SCREENING BASED ON A PURPOSE OF A VOICE CALL
A user device may output an indication of an incoming call from a calling device. The user device may receive a request to screen the incoming call. The user device may analyze a transcription of voice input, received from the calling device, for one or more keywords related to a request for funds. The user device may output one or more input options, which permit a user of the user device to respond to the request for funds, including an input option to transfer funds from a first account associated with the user device to a second account associated with the calling device. The user device may detect a user interaction with the input option to transfer funds from the first account to the second account. The user device may transmit a request that causes funds to be transferred from the first account to the second account.
Methods and Systems for Connecting with a Customer Service Representative for a Financial Transaction
Embodiments provide methods, and server systems connecting with a customer service representative/agent for a financial transaction. A method includes sending, by a server system, a message related to a financial transaction to a user device using a messaging protocol. The message includes at least one option to receive a response of the message from the user device for connecting with an agent. The method includes receiving the response of the message from the user device. The response includes an authentication data. The method includes verifying the authentication data. Upon successful verification, the method includes electronically extracting at least one context of the message from the response. The method includes sending the at least one context to a Customer Service Centre (CSC) server. The CSC server is configured to assign the agent to the user based on the at least one context for an upcoming conversation about the message.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR ROBOCALL SPONSOR DETECTION
Systems and methods are disclosed. A method includes accessing a payment account number associated with a phone number that has received a VoIP call, determining a time period of the VoIP call to the phone number, matching the payment account number with a payment account authorization made during the time period, and identifying a merchant bank account that is associated with the payment account authorization. A merchant account holder is identified that is associated with the merchant bank account.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SECURE ASSISTED ORDER GENERATION
A system described herein may provide for the verification of payment information associated with a particular user request. The payment information may be verified by a third party and provide verification information to the call center processing the order request. Some information may be provided by the call center processing through the request by receiving information regarding the particular user from a repository.
Security Tool
A memory stores a first voice record of a first user and a second voice record of a second user. A processor receives from a device of the first user a recording of a voice conversation between the first and second users and compares the recording with the first and second voice records to determine that the voice conversation is between the first and second users. The processor also determines that the first and second users intend to conduct a transaction with each other and determines a transaction amount for the transaction. The processor further communicates, to the device of the first user, a message, receives, from the device of the first user, a confirmation of the transaction in response to the message, and in response to the confirmation, initiates the transaction.
Method and system for least cost routing (LCR) of international mobile telephone calls with an integrated money transfer facility
A method and system for least cost routing for mobile telephone calls between the United States and Mexico in such a way so that the call is separated into several call legs and the international portion or call leg is routed via a low-cost or no-cost route independently of the local call legs, essentially achieving an international call with local call rates. This uses a SIM card that automatically identifies any incoming or outgoing call and provides the ability to convert the call from an expensive international and/or roaming call to a local (free) call. Several slight variations are disclosed, and all embodiments have an integrated money transfer service that can be used with a very simple low-cost basic mobile phone using IVR, SMS and voice recognition, or can be accessed via the web or via a smartphone app.
SPECIALLY PROGRAMMED COMPUTING DEVICES BEING CONTINUOUSLY CONFIGURED TO ALLOW UNFAMILIAR INDIVIDUALS TO HAVE INSTANTANEOUS REAL-TIME MEETINGS TO CREATE A NEW MARKETPLACE FOR GOODS AND/OR SERVICES
In some embodiments, the present invention provides for a computer system which includes at least the following components: a plurality of computing devices associated with a plurality of users associated with a plurality of users; where each computing device of the plurality of computing devices is configured to: electronically receive software which, when being executed, cause such computing device to display a plurality of instances of a specifically programmed graphical user interface (GUI); where each instance of the GUI is configured to display a real-time updatable meeting information representative of a direct electronic proximity-based communication between at least two computing devices associated with at least two users who desire to meet at a particular location to engage in a transaction of at least one good, at least one service, or both, whose marketable value lasts for a period of 30 seconds to 60 minutes.
Automatic authentication for a user with a service provider during a voice data connection to a merchant
There are provided systems and methods for automatic authentication for a user with a service provider during a voice data connection to a merchant. A user may place a voice call to an entity, for example, through a plain old telephone service (POTS) or through voice over IP. The voice call may be detected by a service provider, which may determine whether the entity receiving the voice call requires authentication of the user during the voice call. The service provider may further determine whether the entity requires authentication of the user for use of an account with the service provider. The service provider may communicate information used to authenticate the user to the entity during the voice call. Additionally, the service provider may generate an authentication mechanism for the payment account, which may be used to authenticate use of the payment account by the user during the voice call.
Systems and Methods to Generate a Location Dependent Alert in a Mobile Device of a User
A mobile device having a position determination device and a mobile application configured, in response to the location of the mobile device determined by the position determination device, to: predict a transaction based at least in part on the location of the mobile device; select, based at least in part on the location of the mobile device, a first account for the transaction from a plurality of accounts identified by the identification information; and provide, via the user interface, an alert identifying the first account, before a user of the mobile device begins to make the transaction. The prediction can be made based on a location pattern relative to the location of a transaction terminal and/or the detection of short-range wireless signals of the transaction terminal.
