SYSTEMS AND METHOD FOR INTENT MESSAGING
Disclosed embodiments provide a framework to assist customers in obtaining relevant responses from brands and other users to the intents communicated by these customers. In response to obtaining an intent, an intent messaging service identifies one or more users that can be provided with the intent to solicit responses to the intent. The one or more users are selected based on characteristics of the intent. The intent messaging service evaluates the responses to the intent from the one or more users to identify relevant responses that can be presented to the customer. The intent messaging service provides the relevant responses to the intent to the customer, which can determine which users to interact with to address the intent.
INCOMING REQUEST BLENDING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Embodiments of the present disclosure include computer-implemented systems and methods for routing incoming customer requests or inquiries in a customer service center. The system may include at least one processor configured to execute instructions to perform steps. The steps may include receiving a plurality of incoming customer calls and a plurality of incoming customer chat sessions. The steps may include blending the received plurality of customer calls and the received plurality of customer chat sessions into a total queue for presentation to at least one user device. The steps may additionally include determining a respective priority for each of the blended plurality of customer calls and the blended plurality of customer chat sessions and sending, based on the determined priority, to the at least one user device at least one of the blended plurality of customer calls or the blended plurality of customer chat sessions.
Electronic signatures via voice for virtual assistants' interactions
The present invention provides a method and a system utilizing an AI entity for confirming an agreement has been entered between a first entity and a second entity during a verbal communication, capturing the portions of the communication that constitute the elements of an agreement and storing the portions for later verification of the agreement.
Intelligent Web Server with Multi-Modes of Contact, Multi-Communications Protocols, Multi-User and Parallel Operational Capabilities for Use in a Hospitality Market Comprising
An information management and synchronous communications system and method facilitates database equilibrium and synchronization with wired, wireless, and Web-based systems, user-friendly and efficient generation of computerized menus and reservations with handwritten/voice modifications for restaurants and other applications that utilize equipment with nonstandard graphical formats, display sizes and/or applications for use in remote data entry, information management and communication with host computer, digital input device or remote pager via standard hardwired connection, the internet, a wireless link, printer, or the like. Various operations employing automated telephone calls and/or messaging may, for instance, be performed. For example, desired reservation and/or appointment information may be automatically converted and conveyed to one or more entities via automated telephone call and/or messaging. As another example, information regarding reservation acceptability may be received and automatically converted via automated telephone can and/or messaging. Telephones may, for instance, be the only equipment required by the entities.
SELECTIVE PERFORMANCE OF AUTOMATED TELEPHONE CALLS TO REDUCE LATENCY AND/OR DURATION OF ASSISTANT INTERACTION
Implementations are directed to using an assistant to initiate automated telephone calls with entities. Some implementations identify an item of interest, identify a group of entities associated with the item, and initiate the calls with the entities. During a given call with a given entity, the assistant can request a status update regarding the item, and determine a temporal delay before initiating another call with the given entity to request a further status update regarding the item based on information received responsive to the request. Other implementations receive a request to perform an action on behalf of a user, identify a group of entities that can perform the action, and initiate a given call with a given entity. During the given call, the assistant can initiate an additional call with an additional entity, and generate notification(s), for the user, based on result(s) of the given call and/or the additional call.
Tracking user information during a website visit to enhance call tracking capabilities
When a user visits a website in response to selecting an advertisement, information about the user and/or about the user's visit to the website can be obtained. During the user's visit to the website, a tracking phone number can be displayed. If the user calls the tracking phone number to complete a purchase, an identifier can be embedded in the phone call. A system that handles the phone call can extract the identifier and use it to uniquely associate the phone call with the information obtained about the user's online activity. The system can also use the identifier to obtain the information so it can be used to customize the routing and/or handling of the phone call. The information may also be employed to dynamically determine if or when to present a tracking phone number to the user.

Apparatus and method for voice call initiated texting session
A voice call conversion system includes an interactive voice response app offering the voice caller an option to engage in a texting session with an intelligent interface on an application server. A telephony server connected to the telephone network receives voice calls and communicates with the application server to initiate an interactive voice response session. The texting session can take place even if the call was placed to a landline phone number. A gateway converts text messages on a cellular network to requests on an IP network and in the opposite direction converts IP network communications to text messages on the cellular network.
