CALL FORWARDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FORWARDING A CALL TO A TERMINAL THROUGH NEAR-FIELD WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
In a call forwarding system, a management apparatus of the call forwarding system determines service terminals capable of near field wireless communication within a reception range of near field wireless communication, generates a terminal list, and receives a call event message reporting the receipt of a call from a reference terminal. The management apparatus may transmit a call report message including the terminal list to the reference terminal and the service terminals. The management apparatus may forward the call initially received by the reference terminal to a terminal which transmitted a receipt request message by transmitting a call forwarding request message to the reference terminal. The management apparatus may transmit, to the reference terminal and the service terminals, a receipt report message reporting the call was forwarded. According to a change receipt message or upon non-receipt by an intended terminal, the call may be reforwarded to another terminal.
CALLING LINE/NAME IDENTIFICATION OF ENTERPRISE SUBSCRIBERS IN MOBILE CALLS
A system, server, and method of DTMF detection in a VoIP network.
Routing of data including multimedia between electronic devices
Rerouting apparatus for rerouting data including multimedia data. The apparatus is for association with electronic equipment and allows for routing the data to a device regarded as the most convenient for playing the media. The apparatus comprises an announcer device for indicating to surrounding equipment that associated equipment is available for rerouting, thereby to enable receipt of rerouted communications therefrom, and a scout device for scanning surroundings of the associated equipment to find out about compatible equipment in the vicinity, thereby to reroute communications thereto. The apparatus may be attached to any device having data processing capability, to enable rerouting of data and communications therebetween.
INCOMING CALL CONTROLLING DEVICE, INCOMING CALL CONTROLLING SYSTEM, AND INCOMING CALL CONTROLLING METHOD
An incoming call controlling device (2) includes a connection determining unit (3) configured to determine, when an incoming call to a first phone number is received, whether a mobile phone terminal (6) is connected as an extension phone to the incoming call controlling device (2); an incoming call controlling unit (4) configured to transfer the incoming call to a second phone number when it has been determined that the mobile phone terminal (6) is not connected to the incoming call controlling device (2); and a caller information transmitting unit (5) configured to transmit, to a server (7), identification information and caller information of the incoming call when a transfer by the incoming call controlling unit (4) is performed. The server (7) is configured to notify a phone terminal of the caller information by using a network different from a circuit used for the transfer.
CALL FLOW SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USE IN A VOIP TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A method of establishing a communication link between a mobile terminal of a wireless network and a subscriber of a network, such as an enterprise network, and/or a residential network.

Remote access to a mobile communication device over a wireless local area network (WLAN)
A method and arrangement is provided which allows a PC or other client device to be used to communicate with third parties through a mobile communication device when a user and the mobile communication device are not in the vicinity of one another. The arrangement allows the user to control operation of the mobile communication device over a WLAN so that the user can send or receive messages such as voice and text messages to a remote party from the client device through the mobile communication device over the WLAN and the mobile communication network employed by the mobile device.
System and method for executing originating services in a terminating network for IMS and non-IMS applications
A mobile application gateway for connecting devices on a cellular network with individual networks, such as enterprise voice and data networks and/or residential networks. The effects of the present invention are far reaching in terms of transferring effective call control from the cellular network into the control of the individual network such as the enterprise, and enabling new business models for the purchase of cellular service from a public cellular carrier by an enterprise. The invention may consist of a primarily of core network and services components based on the IMS network architecture, and is backward compatible to support legacy systems in place in current telecom and data networks.
