Methods and systems for multiple channel authentication
Methods and systems for multiple channel authentication are described. In one embodiment, a request for a combined voice and data call is initiated from within a mobile application. The request may include authentication information and contextual information relating to a current exchange between the mobile application and an organization. The user may be authenticated with the authentication information and the combined voice and data call may be routed to a representative based on the contextual information to continue the exchange.
Origination and Destination Based Routing
One or more aspects of the disclosure relate to various functions and processes related to routing of calls based on origination and/or destination information. In one aspect, a method may comprise receiving a request for a call session, and the request may include an indicator that may indicate whether to route a call based on origination and/or destination information of the call session. Based on the indicator, a routing element may determine whether the call session should be routed based on origination information and/or destination information.
Inbound call routing in an integrated voice and video platform
Voice and video features of a software platform are integrated to enable customization of software services of the software platform on a customer-basis. Routing rules are defined to route calls to certain phone numbers or extensions to certain software services. Thereafter, when a call is received via a telephony system associated with the software platform, a routing rule customized for the software platform is identified based on information signaled with the call, such as a phone number or extension dialed to place the call. A software service is determined based on the routing rule, and the phone is connected with the software system that provides the software service.
Intelligent call handling and routing based on numbering plan area code
Certain aspects of the disclosure are directed to routing decisions implemented in response to data communications. According to a specific example, one or more computer processor circuits are to interface with remotely-situated client entities using a first programming language, and to provide a database of data communications services based on a subscription. In response to receipt of a data communication, client-specific sets of control data can be identified. The client-specific sets of control data are derived from programming instructions received over a message exchange protocol and corresponding to a second programming language that is compatible with the first programming language. Based on the client-specific sets of control data and using a numbering plan area (NPA) code of the received data communication, a nearby extension of the client entity can be identified, and the received data communication can be routed to the nearby extension.
ENRICHED CALLING BASED CALL ROUTING
Systems, methods and apparatuses for implementing enriched calling services for devices may include a first User Equipment (UE) that sends a call request to an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) Core network and a presence server. The IMS core network may determine that the first UE supports enriched calling services and may enable the first UE to perform an enriched calling operation. The IMS core network may forward the call request to a terminating device, such as a second UE and/or a computing device, with the enriched calling operation.
System and method for processing high frequency callers
A call processing system and method for processing calls from high volume callers. A frequency of call activity is monitored for callers to determine reception of a call from a high frequency caller. When a call is received from such a caller, provided is information predicted to be requested from the caller prior to the caller being voice connected to a company representative. The retrieved information is then provided to a company representative prior to the caller being voice connected with a company representative as to expedite the call. Additionally, a customized message for the high frequency caller may be generated prior to the caller being voice connected with a company representative whereby the customized message contains information predicted to be responsive to a predicted inquiry from the determined high frequency caller to mitigate the need to connect the caller to a company representative.
Systems and methods for authenticating a caller
Methods and systems described in this disclosure receive a call from a caller, generate a first session through a first channel associated with the caller when the call is received and then send a request for authentication credentials to a device associated with the caller. In some embodiments, sending the request for authentication credentials generates a second session through a second channel associated with the caller. The caller can be authenticated to the first session using communication received during the second session through the second channel.
Systems and methods for predictive personalization and intelligent routing
Systems and methods for intelligently routing a member of an organization to a single point-of-contact within an optimized, secure network to address all the member's healthcare needs are described. The disclosed intelligent routing configurations transform and process, in real-time, vast amounts of member data to generate aggregated diagnoses and a member score specific to each member's household. The scores, among other things, are used to determine an identification of special needs and an appropriate advocate within the organization to route the member, and its account file containing real-time member and household level data.
System and method for providing an interactive voice response system with a secondary information channel
A call processing system and method for providing a secondary information channel to a caller. Upon reception of a call from a caller to a customer service representative on a primary access channel determine a device (secondary device) associated with the caller that is separate from the device the caller is using for the primary access channel. The secondary device is to be used to provide a secondary information access channel. The secondary information access channel is complimentary to the primary access channel between the caller and the customer service representative and is utilized to deliver information content to the caller and/or provide other services supportive of the conversation with the company service representative.
