SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING HIGH FREQUENCY CALLERS
A call processing system and method for processing calls from high volume callers. A frequency of call activity is monitored for callers to determine reception of a call from a high frequency caller. When a call is received from such a caller, provided is information predicted to be requested from the caller prior to the caller being voice connected to a company representative. The retrieved information is then provided to a company representative prior to the caller being voice connected with a company representative as to expedite the call. Additionally, a customized message for the high frequency caller may be generated prior to the caller being voice connected with a company representative whereby the customized message contains information predicted to be responsive to a predicted inquiry from the determined high frequency caller to mitigate the need to connect the caller to a company representative.
NETWORK TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT AT RADIO-BASED APPLICATION PIPELINE PROCESSING SERVERS
At a radio-based application pipeline processing server at which a portion of a distributed unit (DU) of a radio-based application is implemented, a particular networking hardware device is selected from among several devices (which include least one device incorporated within a network function accelerator card and at least one device which is not part of an accelerator card) for transmission of at least a portion of mid-haul traffic to a centralized unit (CU). The mid-haul traffic is transmitted to the CU via the selected device. At least a portion of front-haul traffic is transmitted to a radio unit (RU) via a networking hardware device incorporated within a network function accelerator card of the server.
Selection of networks for voice call transmission
Implementations relate to selection of networks for voice call transmission. In some implementations, a method includes determining a voice call for communication between a sending device initiating the voice call and a receiving device and determining one or more first characteristics of the voice call. The method selects, based on the first characteristics, one of a phone network and a data network to use to route data of the voice call from the sending device to an intermediary server on the data network. The method causes the data of the voice call to be sent to the intermediary server over the selected network. The data of the voice call is sent from the intermediary server to the receiving device on one of the phone network and the data network chosen by the intermediary server based on one or more second characteristics of the call.
Graphical user interface for configuring contact center routing strategies
A system and method for composing a routing strategy for a contact center via a graphical user interface. The graphical user interface provides a plurality of selectable blocks and a workspace for assembling selected ones of the plurality of blocks. Each of the plurality of blocks is associated with logic for managing an interaction with the contact center. A processor receives identification of one of the blocks and identification of a location in the workspace area relative to other blocks in the workspace area, and places the identified block in the identified location. The processor generates the routing strategy based on the blocks in the workspace area and location of the blocks relative to each other in the workspace area. The processor also stores a layout of the blocks in the workspace area as a routing diagram for the routing strategy. The processor activates the routing strategy for managing the inbound interaction according to the activated routing strategy.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PREDICTIVE PERSONALIZATION AND INTELLIGENT ROUTING
Systems and methods for intelligently routing a member of an organization to a single point-of-contact within an optimized, secure network to address all the member's healthcare needs are described. The disclosed intelligent routing configurations transform and process, in real-time, vast amounts of member data to generate aggregated diagnoses and a member score specific to each member's household. The scores, among other things, are used to determine an identification of special needs and an appropriate advocate within the organization to route the member, and its account file containing real-time member and household level data.
Voice service routing system for accessibility
Systems and methods for managing network communication are disclosed. Methods and systems can comprise receiving a telephony message having a source address and determining routing information using the source address. A telephony call may be routed using the determined routing information. Such processing may be implemented to route telephony calls to certain services such as accessibility services based on at least the source address of a telephony message.
CONTENT-BASED ROUTING AND RATING OF MESSAGES IN A TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
Systems and methods for automated routing and rating of communication data.
Systems and methods for authenticating a caller
Methods and systems described in this disclosure receive a call from a caller, generate a first session through a first channel associated with the caller when the call is received and then send a request for authentication credentials to a device associated with the caller. In some embodiments, sending the request for authentication credentials generates a second session through a second channel associated with the caller. The caller can be authenticated to the first session using communication received during the second session through the second channel.
Device, system and method for changing communication infrastructures based on call security level
A device, method and system for changing communication infrastructure based on call security level is provided. A device determines a call security level of a call occurring at a first communication infrastructure; the first communication infrastructure associated with a first security level; the call security level determined from one or more of; a profile of a caller on the call; and audio on the call. In response to determining that the call security level and the first security level are misaligned, the device causes the call to change to a second communication infrastructure associated with a second security level aligned with the call security level.
