SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO AUTOMATICALLY PERFORM ACTIONS BASED ON MEDIA CONTENT

Systems and methods are provided for automatically selecting a mute function based on audio content. One example method includes receiving, at a first computing device, a first audio input and, from a second computing device, a second audio input. Content of the first audio input and the second audio input is determined with natural language processing. Whether the content of the first audio input corresponds to the content of the second audio input is determined. A mute function is operated at the first computing device, based on the determination of whether the content of the first audio input corresponds to the content of the second audio input.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ONLINE DATA-LINKED TELECOMMUNICATIONS DECISIONING AND DISTRIBUTION
20220174150 · 2022-06-02 ·

Systems and methods are disclosed for online data-linked telecommunications decisioning and distribution. One method includes receiving call data relating to a telephone call from a telephone device of a user to an interactive voice response (“IVR”) system; accessing a database storing correlated call data and user data; retrieving correlated call data and user data based on the telephone number of the call data; determining a confidence score defining a confidence that the received call data relates to the retrieved correlated call data and user data; correlating the received call data with retrieved call data and user data when the confidence score is greater than a threshold value; determining an IVR response to present to the user via the IVR system; and transmitting the determined IVR response to the IVR system for presentation to the telephone device of the user.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING PLURALITY OF SIMS IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

An electronic device is disclosed. In addition, various embodiments recognized through the specification are possible. The electronic device includes a communication module, a processor operatively connected with the communication module, and a memory operatively connected with the processor. The memory includes instructions, when executed by the processor, causing the processor to receive information associated with a SIM of another electronic device from the other electronic device via the communication module, receive a user input requesting a voice call for a first SIM of the other electronic device, and transmit a message requesting a voice call for a second SIM of the other electronic device to an IMS server via the communication module based on the information associated with the SIM.

Interaction information transmission method and apparatus

This application provides an interaction information transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a calling terminal from an RBT-AS, an SDP message including interaction information related to a video ring back tone; receiving, by the calling terminal from the RBT-MRS, a video ring back tone media stream including the video ring back tone; and playing, by the calling terminal, the video ring back tone in a display interface, and displaying interaction content related to the interaction information. Since the RBT-AS configures the interaction information into the SDP message and sends the SDP message to the calling terminal, the calling terminal does not need to perform decoding and can directly obtain the interaction information and the RBT-AS does not need to encode the interaction information either. Therefore, encoding and decoding processes are not required at a transmit end and a receive end respectively, avoiding extra processing overheads.

METHOD AND SERVER FOR PROCESSING CALLS ORIGINATING FROM USER TERMINALS FOR CONNECTION WITH OPERATOR TERMINALS
20230247141 · 2023-08-03 ·

A method for processing a first call received in a call centre via a telecommunications network, originating from a user terminal, includes placing the first call in a queue when no operator terminal of the call centre is available to take the first call. The method includes: transmitting, to the user terminal, an information message indicating to the user the possibility of making a second call within a determined time interval, while benefiting from the place of the first call in the queue; following receipt of an approval message originating from the user terminal, transmitting, to the user terminal, a user identification code, this code needing to be provided by the user at the time of the second call in order that the second call can take advantage of the place of the first call in the queue.

SHARED CALL STATE FOR RELATED CALLS

Techniques for determining a global state for multiple related calls are disclosed. A first call between a first device and a second device is established, where the first call is assigned a user call identifier. A second call between the first device and a third device is established. A shared call operation is established by assigning the user call identifier to the second call. The user call identifier is assigned to the second call in addition to already being assigned to the first call. A first status of the first call and a second status of the second call are determined. The first status and the second status are used to determine a global state of the shared call operation. The global state of the shared call operation is updated in response to one or both of the first status or the second status changing.

Systems and methods for telephone call regulation based on spam factor and user input

Systems and methods for telephone call regulation include the use of a predictive model. An example method includes receiving, by a predictive model, a telephone number from a user application comprising instructions for execution on a user device and determining, by the predictive model, a spam factor for the received telephone number. The example method further includes determining, by the predictive model, a classification of the received telephone number based on the spam factor and transmitting, by the predictive model, the classification of the received telephone number to the user application. The example method further includes receiving, by the predictive model, a feedback from the user application, the feedback indicative of a corrective classification of the received telephone number and modifying, by the predictive model, the spam factor for the received telephone number based on the corrective classification.

VIDEO RING BACK TONE INTERACTION METHOD AND APPARATUS
20210360102 · 2021-11-18 ·

Embodiments of this application provide a video ring back tone interaction method and an apparatus, and relate to the multimedia field, so as to resolve a problem of poor experience of interaction with a video ring back tone caused by an uncertain answer time. The method includes: after initiating a call to a called terminal, a calling terminal displays a video ring back tone on a display, where the video ring back tone includes at least one interactive element; after receiving a user's first interactive operation performed on a first interactive element, the calling terminal caches first interactive resource data corresponding to the first interactive element, where the first interactive element is any one of the at least one interactive element; and when determining that a call status is an idle state, the calling terminal responds based on the first interactive resource data.

Detecting and mitigating effects of unauthorized telephone number spoofing

The technologies described herein are generally directed to modeling radio wave propagation in a fifth generation (5G) network or other next generation networks. For example, a method described herein can include, facilitating, by a first device, receiving a first communication directed to a second device from a third device associated with a first telephone number. The method can further include determining, by the first device, that the first communication comprises a reference to a second telephone number different from the first telephone number, resulting in a number discrepancy. Further, based on the number discrepancy and an analysis of the first communication, the method can further include preventing, by the first device, communication of the first communication to the third device.
