Method of exposing a received message, user terminal performing the same and computer readable medium for performing the same
A method capable of enhancing a user's acceptance of a received message, a message application program for performing the method, and a user terminal performing the method. The method of exposing received messages is a method performed by a message application program running on a user terminal. The method comprises receiving a message, and displaying the message if the current state of the user terminal satisfies a condition included in an exposure rule. After the message application program receives the message, the message application program displays the message only when the current state of the terminal satisfies the condition included in the exposure rule, thereby increasing the acceptance of the message.
System and method for callback management with alternate site routing and callback pacing
A system and method for optimizing callback times to increase the success rate of callbacks while managing overflow of calls to alternate sites when callbacks are unsuccessful. The system and method use a pacing algorithm to determine when callbacks are likely to be successful from a preferred contact site, routing to alternate callback sites when callbacks are unsuccessful, and preferences for re-routing back to the preferred site when a callback is successful and the agent with whom the caller has interacted previously is available.
System, method, and computer-readable medium for schedule-based telecommunication policies
A system, method and computer-readable medium for enforcing user telecommunication privileges on a per-schedule basis are provided. Enterprise members may have a schedule associated therewith that defines scheduled locations of the users. Telecommunication service privileges may be coordinated with the users' schedules such that communication services are disabled at particular times based on the users' schedules. In other implementations, particular users may have telecommunication services disabled by an administrator in the event of a catastrophe or emergency. By this mechanism, users that are not proximate to a particular catastrophe or emergency area according to the users' schedule may have services disabled while other users that are located more proximate to the emergency may have their telecommunication services enabled. In this manner, the demand on a cellular network may be alleviated thereby increasing the likelihood that users directly impacted by the emergency may receive and place calls or access data services.
SPECIALLY PROGRAMMED COMPUTING DEVICES BEING CONTINUOUSLY CONFIGURED TO ALLOW UNFAMILIAR INDIVIDUALS TO HAVE AN IN-PERSON INSTANTANEOUS MEETING INVOLVING LOCAL COLOR
In some embodiments, the present invention provides for a computer system which includes at least the following components: a plurality of computing devices associated with a plurality of users associated with a plurality of users; where each computing device of the plurality of computing devices is configured to: electronically receive software which, when being executed, cause such computing device to display a plurality of instances of a specifically programmed graphical user interface (GUI); where each instance of the GUI is configured to display a real-time updatable meeting information representative of a direct electronic proximity-based communication between at least two computing devices associated with at least two users who desire to meet at a particular location to engage in a transaction of at least one good, at least one service, or both, whose marketable value lasts for a period of 30 seconds to 60 minutes.
Conferencing and meeting implementations with advanced features
Meeting and conferencing systems and methods are implemented in a variety of manners. Consistent with one embodiment of the present disclosure, an audio conference system includes communications circuitry and a caller interface, each associated with setting up or managing the audio conference. Menu options may be provided to validate or authenticate incoming telephony calls. In response to a selection of the menu options, an incoming telephony call may be prompted to select a callback number, and then the system monitors for a trigger event. A participant is contacted in response to detecting the trigger event, and the contacted participant is then placed into the audio conference.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CALLBACK MANAGEMENT UTILIZING SMART CALLBACKS
A system and method for callback management, utilizing a callback cloud, a digital ledger, and smart callback contracts, brokering user to user communications and session establishment using an automated workflow built upon extensible root smart contract templates which can be configured to connect various users and brands. The system may comprise callback cloud, that may further comprise a callback manager, a brand interface server, an interaction manager, a media server, one or more blockchain digital ledgers, and various smart contracts which are used to autonomously respond to received user requests.
Providing isolation from distractions
An apparatus includes a first interface for connecting to a personal computer, a second interface for connecting to a communications device, a third interface for connecting to a headset, a fourth interface for connecting to a speaker, and a processor in control of each of the interfaces. The processor is configured to route audio associated with a communications session on one of the personal computer or the communications device to the speaker, and in response to a user putting on the headset, re-route the audio to the headset.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADAPTIVE CLOUD CONVERSATION PLATFORM
An adaptive cloud conversation platform capable of making automated decisions regarding when and how to establish ongoing communications with consumers so as to maximize the relationship between the consumer and a given brand. The system has a connection management services layer which determines what communications should be established and how they should be established, an initiation management services layer which determines when communications should be established, and a user management services layer which stores information about consumers and brands for determination of when and how communications should be established. Certain of these services have machine learning algorithms incorporated into them trained to perform analyses of the particular type of operation handled by that service. The outputs of each service can be used as inputs to other services, such that a network of machine learnings algorithms is created which determines when and how to establish ongoing communications with consumers.
AUTOMATIC COMMUNICATION RESPONSES
A method, and associated system, for determining an automatic action to be performed in response to an unsuccessful communication request. A first set of data, obtained from a first electronic communication device, is transmitted by the first electronic communication device to the computing system in response to a determination by the first electronic communication device that a called user of the first electronic communication device is unable or unwilling to accept a communication request from a calling user of a second electronic communication device. The first set of data is associated with the called user, the first electronic communication device, the second electronic communication device, or combinations thereof. A second set of data is obtained from the second electronic communication device and associated with the calling user, the second electronic communication device, or both. The action to be performed is determined based on the first and second sets of data.
