The weight is segmented, with each segment from a set of segments including an associated bolster-shaped unit having a plurality of pellets suspended in a cured gel, the pellets/gel being positioned within a casing. The set of segments is contained within an outer pouch that is substantially conformal with the set of segments, and the segments from the set of segments are arranged in a linear array. The weight also includes an endcap with a colored light indicator and electronics for communicating with a smart mirror.

A training device may include an outer layer; a first end and a second end located at opposing ends of the training device; an adjustable handle including a first piece, a second piece, and a fastener loop; and a contents disposed within a void defined by the outer layer and first and second ends. Each end may include a cuff. The fastener loop may be configured to accept the first piece and the second piece.

A weighted fitness hoop apparatus for cardiovascular and resistance exercise. The hoop comprises an elliptical tubular sheath with two end portions, the ends selectively engageable by a coupler. A hollow core extends through the length of the tubular sheath and is optionally fillable with a weight or light. The coupler is insertably engaged with the hollow core at the first and second ends of the elliptical tubular sheath, and the power source for the light is removably attached to surface of the hoop.

An exercise weight bag is configured to be filled with a weight material, such as a granular material. In some configurations, the weight bag is sized and shaped to be received in a receptacle of a tactical-style vest. The weight bag can include a baffle that limits separation of a front panel and a rear panel. The sports apparatus according to a first embodiment comprises a flexible shell formed as a hermetic chamber with a valve and having an inner space for filling with a filler material and/or air. The hermetic chamber is accommodated within a case with handles. Once the chamber inner space is filled with a filler material and/or air, the sports apparatus in fact forms a rectangular parallelepiped with rounded corners. Side faces of the apparatus form a closed surface. The side face has a height not exceeding a half of the apparatus length. A supporting portion of the apparatus and a portion that the user interacts with are arranged to be identical and outwardly convex. The sports apparatus in operating condition has an elliptical cross-section. Said sports apparatus portions are unstable surfaces.
