The apparatus includes a memory configured to store a plurality of contact profiles in a contact list corresponding to an inaccessible device, and a processor coupled to the memory. The apparatus receives, from an unknown device over a voice connection, an access identifier corresponding to the inaccessible device and a contact identifier associated with a contact profile of the plurality of contact profiles; identifies the contact list based on matching the access identifier with the inaccessible device; determines a contact device of the contact profile in the contact list corresponding to the contact identifier; and connects, over the voice connection, the unknown device to the contact device corresponding to the contact profile.

Sharing data by defining a data encoding table, maintaining a data record database, defining a data encryption code, providing the data encryption code with an outgoing call, receiving an audio response including encrypted data, decrypting the encrypted data, and updating the data record database according to the data.

The user of a communicator device registers with at least one service provider for delivering a plurality of different types of content to be passed to the at least one communicator device. A user defined priority is assigned to the at least one type of content. The user defined priority is stored on a computer readable medium. The different types of content are passed to the at least one communicator device based on the user defined priority.

A method for passing content to at least one communicator device. The user of a communicator device registers with at least one service provider for delivering a plurality of different types of content to be passed to the at least one communicator device. A user defined priority is assigned to the at least one type of content. The user defined priority is stored on a computer readable medium. The different types of content are passed to the at least one communicator device based on the user defined priority.

The user may provide notification criteria indicating under what conditions a notification should be sent to the user's wireless device. A method for facilitating a wireless transaction includes receiving, by a transaction fulfillment system, a transaction request from a transaction requester and verifying an identity of the transaction requester. After verifying the identity of the transaction requester, a transaction code is communicated from the transaction fulfillment system to a wireless communication device. After receiving the transaction code, the transaction code is optically scanned from a visual display of the wireless communication device by the transaction fulfillment system.
