VARIABLE WEIGHT KETTLEBELL
A kettlebell may comprise a main body configured to retain one or more removable exercise weights and a handle connected to the main body at two attachment points on a top side of the main body. The main body may have an opening disposed on the top side and between the two attachment points configured to receive the one or more removable exercise weights.
System for linking dumbbells to increase the weight lifted by a user
The present invention is a device configured to permit combining the weight of a first and second free weight such that a user could grasp one of the weights in order to lift the combined weights. Embodiments of the invention comprise a back panel connected to two side panels, the side panels each comprising a slot with an opening divided into two portions oriented such that a first free weight may be inserted into the slot of each panel and positioned into a first slot portion, followed by a second free weight positioned in the second slot portion of each panel to permit a user to increase the resistance available for an exercise regimen.
Hand weight device
A hand weight device for providing a physically stable but variable resistance to gravity includes a handle coupled to a housing. A first end cap is movably coupled to the housing to selectively provide access to an interior space through a first end of the housing. Weights are positionable in the interior space to increase gravitational resistance to lifting of the housing. Spacers are positionable in the interior space to occupy a remainder of the interior space after a selected number of weights is positioned in the interior space. Thus, the selected number of the weights positioned in the interior space is inhibited from moving freely within the interior space.
Modular exercise weight system
The device is a modular exercise weight system comprising at least one outer containing bag which can contain at least one particle filled weight bags. The user lifts the outer containing bag for exercise. Multiple outer containing bags may be affixed to a bar and the bar may be lifted for exercise. The outer containing bags may be affixed to an element of a machine and the element of the machine may be lifted or manipulated for exercise.
WEIGHT LIFTING APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
A weight lifting apparatus including a generally rectangular beam and two handles arranged near its ends. Each apparatus is designed to provide a more equal distribution of heavier weight across the length of the apparatus. Apparatuses may be connected to one another through locking mechanisms. A weight lifting system includes a series of weight lifting apparatuses of varying lengths and weights and is designed to gradually increase a minimum-to-maximum amount of weight. The series of apparatus gives the user a compact, functional weight increment (a gradual increase in weight for muscular strengthening), with comfortable management during the increase in weight, which is useful for a range of bodyweight motions; standing, sitting, bending, and/or on the ground. The weight lifting system also includes a base with handles and a series of additional beams that can be secured to the base to add incremental weights.
Exercising Weight System
A first exercise weight and a second exercise weight have handles, and the first exercise weight also has a cavity for receiving the second exercise weight. When the second exercise weight is received in the first exercise weight, the handle of the first exercise weight overlies the handle of the second exercise weight to form a common handle. In this way, the composite weight formed of the two component weights may be used itself as an exercise weight.
Case with weights for adding weight to a bicycle
The present invention is a case that holds weight material and is used to add weight to a bicycle. The case is attached to a bicycle frame at various locations via a plurality of attachment straps. The case can be attached to a bicycle frame top tube, down tube or in front of a seat tube. The weight material is removable and can be loaded directly into the case or into one or more removable weight pouches that are inserted into the case. The weight of the case is adjustable by adding or subtracting weight as needed. Weight pouches are segmented to enable the weight amount to be reduced incrementally and to help keep the contents from moving around.
Exercise roller
The present invention provides an improved exercise roller apparatus having a cylindrical body with at least one unobstructed inner compartment and wrapped in a foam sleeve. The hollow compartment(s) may hold variable amounts of weights in a fixed position such that the weights do not shift while the roller is in use and the roller rolls steadily on a smooth surface. The foam sleeve provides the cushion necessary to comfortably roll the body over the roller during therapeutic roller use or roller-aided exercises. Handgrips are provided on the body to transform the roller into a versatile weight-lifting apparatus.
Weight box for fitness equipment
The present disclosure provides a weight box for fitness equipment, including a base, at least one weight plate, and a box body detachably connected to the base, wherein a cavity is formed between the box body and the base and configured for receiving the at least one weight plate. A first connection portion is arranged on the base of the weight box and configured to connect with a holding rod, so as to assemble the fitness equipment into a dumbbell or barbell. A second connection portion is provided on two opposite sides of the weight box and configured to connect with a lifter, so as to assemble the fitness equipment into a kettlebell or a spring exerciser. The weight box provided by the present disclosure can not only be used for various fitness equipment, but also be quickly assembled.
