An underwater striking bag device includes a bag having an annular upper compartment disposed in an upper section of the bag and receiving air therein, a neck extending through the upper section and communicating with a lower compartment receiving water therein, a weight in the bottom section, a removable cap connected to the neck, an air valve connected to the annular upper compartment to provide for filling air into the annular upper compartment, at least one handle connected to the bag for assisting in filling and removal of water into the lower compartment as well as exercising by grabbing the handles and pushing, pulling, and lifting the bag during a workout.

Aqua exercise equipment

An aqua resistance dumbbell comprises a tubular wall that provides a bore for receiving a user's hand from each end of the bell. A rod is located within the bore and extending laterally across the bore to be gripped by a user with one or both hands from one or both ends of the bore. The dumbbell has a plurality of longitudinal fins extend along the tubular wall on an outer side of the tubular wall, and at least one lateral fin that extends laterally at least part way around the tubular wall. An aqua resistance fin assembly comprises two fin components and at least one fastening member for fitting the fin components to a user's limb in a side-by-side configuration around the limb. Each fin component comprises a base adapted to fit against a user's limb and adapted to be secured to the user's limb by the fastening member, and at least two longitudinal fins and at least one lateral fin on an outer side of the base.

TRAINING APPARATUS

A training apparatus for use inside a water pool is provided, along with a number of auxiliary devices and accessories that can be used therewith. The training apparatus comprises, at least in its operational state, a floating member made from material having density lower than water density at room temperature, and a support assembly comprising at least one sinking member with at least one suction cup configured to removably adhere the sinking member to a submerged surface of the water pool; and at least one elongated member connecting between the floating member and the at least one sinking member for fixing a position of the floating member with respect to said submerged surface.

LIQUID BUOYANCE MUSCLE TRAINING DEVICE
20190046826 · 2019-02-14 ·

A liquid buoyancy muscle training device includes a liquid receiving tank receiving and holding liquid therein. A buoyantly submergible member is buoyantly submergible in the liquid contained in the liquid receiving tank and includes a regulation chamber formed therein. A bottom pulley is mounted inside the liquid receiving tank. A rope is connected to the buoyantly submergible member and wrapped around the bottom pulley and extends upward to project outside the liquid receiving tank. A liquid regulation tank is connected through a liquid supply tube to the regulation chamber to allow liquid to flow therebetween. A gas supplier is connected through a gas supply tube to the regulation chamber to selectively supply gas into the regulation chamber to change a ratio between liquid and gas inside the regulation chamber so as to change buoyance applied to the buoyantly submergible member by the liquid contained in the liquid receiving tank.

SWIM TRAINING APPARATUS FOR BILATERAL UNDULATION POWER DEVELOPMENT

A swim training apparatus for use as a monofin for bilateral undulation power development. The apparatus includes a flexible, elongated member having a series of securing members, such as through-holes extending from the top surface of the elongated member through to its bottom surface, and fasteners configured and disposed to attach to the securing member, such as straps that can extend through the through-holes, to fasten the apparatus to a user's legs. A weight can be attached using similar attachments and fasteners to the apparatus to increase undulation during use.

Sport training ball

A sport training ball for use underwater includes a resilient spherical body. An internal chamber may be positioned within the resilient spherical body and configured to receive a low-density medium having a density less than water. A second internal chamber may be positioned within the resilient spherical body and configured to receive the low-density medium. A buoyancy reduction device may be positioned within the resilient spherical body and configured to have a density greater than or equal to water.

Weighted kickboard

A kickboard containing a low density member and a high density member, the kickboard having a weight configured that the kickboard does not float on a body of water and does not sink to the bottom of a body of water thereby providing swimmers with greater resistance during swimming as the weighed kickboard requires more force from the user to maintain proper position.

Resistance training devices, systems, and methods
09604088 · 2017-03-28 ·

Systems, devices, and methods for providing weighted resistance to swimmers are provided. The device can be portable and easy to use and set-up. In one exemplary embodiment, a resistance training device includes opposed pulley modules having a rope disposed between one or more pulleys of each of the two modules, a weighted component associated with one end of the rope, an attachment mechanism for attaching the device to a substantially fixed location, and a user interface for associating another end of the rope with a user. In use, the device can be fixed to a substantially fixed location, such as a dive block, and can provide resistance based, at least in part, on the amount of weight associated with the weighted component disposed in the water. Other systems, devices, and methods are also provided.
