WEIGHTED APPAREL SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE IN PERSONAL FITNESS
A system for use in personal fitness can include an article of clothing configured to be worn by a user during a personal fitness session. The article of clothing can have a designated portion that includes a coupling mechanism. The article of clothing can also have a weighted unit having a coupling mechanism configured to interact with the coupling mechanism of the portion of the article of clothing to cause the weighted unit to remain substantially in place at the portion of the article of clothing during the personal fitness session.
EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device includes a strap. The strap includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The strap is configured to be secured to a lower leg of a user such that the first surface of the strap interfaces with the lower leg of the user. The exercise device further includes a ball including an outer surface configured to be held by the user, a first connector extending from the ball, a second connector extending from the second surface of the strap, and a tension member. The tension member includes a first coupling mechanism and a second coupling mechanism at opposite ends thereof and configured to be releasably coupled to the first connector and the second connector via the first and second coupling mechanisms.
Devices And Method For Increasing Running Performance
A running device and method of using the device are disclosed. The device may include a moveable material within an inner chamber of the running device's housing. In operation, a running device may be held in each hand and the runner may thrust both hands downward prior to landing and quickly bring the devices to a vertical stop after landing. Bringing the devices to a vertical stop may cause the moveable material to collide with the housing and increase the force exerted by the runner on the ground. A delay component may delay the peak force exerted by the material against the housing so that the translation of that force to the ground coincides with the peak force that the runner would have exerted against the ground in the absence of the devices.

Training devices and methods
The disclosure provides embodiments of a training device and related methods of use.
FREE WEIGHT RING AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A free weight includes: an enclosure comprising a plurality of body sections assembled in a shape approximating a torus, each body section forming part of the approximated torus and having a sectional seam formed along an approximated major diameter of the approximated torus, and each body section is coupled to each adjacent body section at an inter-sectional seam, each inter-sectional seam formed along an approximated section diameter of the approximated torus; and a fill disposed within an interior space formed by the enclosure.
WEIGHTED CLOTHING
Weighted garments are provided. In one embodiment, the garment is an arm or leg sleeve having a first section of clothing material having at least one weight positioned in a weight area of the clothing material, wherein the first section is configured to be positioned over at least a portion of an upper arm/leg of a body; a second section of clothing material configured to be positioned over an elbow/knee of the body; and a third section of clothing material having at least one weight positioned in a weight area of the clothing material, wherein the third section is configured to be positioned over at least a portion of a forearm/lower leg of the body.
Weight Plate with Lifting Flanges
A weightlifting apparatus includes a weight plate having a first side and an opposed second side. A central aperture extends through the weight plate. A pair of first slots extend through the weight plate. A first inner flange extends radially outwardly from an inner wall of each first slot on the first side of the weight plate. A first outer flange extends radially inwardly from an outer wall of each first slot on the second side of the weight plate. A pair of second slots extend through the weight plate. A second inner flange extends radially outwardly from an inner wall of each second slot on the second side of the weight plate. A second outer flange extends radially inwardly from an outer wall of each second slot on the first side of the weight plate.

Swim training apparatus for bilateral undulation power development
A swim training apparatus for use as a monofin for bilateral undulation power development. The apparatus includes a flexible, elongated member having a series of securing members, such as through-holes extending from the top surface of the elongated member through to its bottom surface, and fasteners configured and disposed to attach to the securing member, such as straps that can extend through the through-holes, to fasten the apparatus to a user's legs. A weight can be attached using similar attachments and fasteners to the apparatus to increase undulation during use.
