Network call method, server, call terminal, network call system, and storage medium
A network call method, a server, a call terminal, a network call system, and a storage medium are provided. The network call method includes: receiving a reservation request transmitted by a call reservation terminal, the reservation request including a first communication identifier of a first call terminal; generating a chat room identifier of a chat room in a social network application; generating a call reservation notification, the call reservation notification including an access link generated according to the chat room identifier; and transmitting the call reservation notification to a communication client of the first call terminal according to the first communication identifier of the first call terminal.
System and method for enhanced virtual queuing
A system and method for managing virtual queues. A cloud-based queue service manages a plurality of queues hosted by one or more entities. The queue service is in constant communication with the entities providing queue management, queue analysis, and queue recommendations. The queue service is likewise in direct communication with queued persons. Sending periodic updates while also motivating and incentivizing punctuality and minimizing wait times based on predictive analysis. The predictive analysis uses “Big Data” and other available data resources, for which the predictions assist in the balancing of persons across multiple queues for the same event or multiple persons across a sequence of queues for sequential events.
Systems and methods for integrated audioconferencing
Systems and methods for integrated audioconferencing social media music streaming may include (1) detecting that a user of a messaging application, which enables audioconferencing between its users, has selected a drop-in mode that enables audioconferencing between (i) the user and (ii) other users with access to a drop-in link corresponding to the user, (2) providing the drop-in link to contacts of the user in a messaging interface of the messaging application, and (3) in response to determining that a contact of the user has selected the drop-in link, automatically initiating an audioconference between the user and the contact. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.
System and method for omnichannel user engagement and response
A telephone subnet crawler is used to access automated telephone response systems and index the information, contents and structure contained therein. A database of the information, contents and structure of a plurality of automated telephone response systems is created by the telephone subnet crawler. A user interface provides a waiting party with direct access to the information, contents and structure of the automated telephone response systems contained in the database. Where an automated telephone response system requires user input, the user interface calls the automated telephone response system and navigates to the node requiring user input, provides the user input and displays the results to the user. Where an automated telephone response system connects to an operator, the user interface calls the automated telephone response system, navigates to the node for an operator, and when an operator is detected, calls the user at a user provided callback number.
OUTBOUND DIALER AND MESSAGING SYSTEM AND USER INTERFACE FOR GROUP MESSAGING
An enterprise communication computing device for initiating communication between groups of computing devices may be provided. The communication device may include a processor in communication with memory and may include an interface having modules for telephonic and text-based communication. The processor may generate an interface with icons representative of corresponding modules. The processor may receive selections of icons and may initiate selected modules. The processor may receive user input defining content and recipients and may generate an input field enabling entry of response options. The processor may receive user input of the options and may format the options to generate a response-request portion of the message in a drop-down menu. The processor may transmit the message to each recipient including the content and the response-request. Receipt of the message may cause recipient computing devices to display the response options. The processor may receive a response message including a selected response.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR GROUP COMMUNICATION ACROSS ELECTRONIC MAIL USERS AND FEATURE PHONE USERS
Method and system for group communication across electronic mail users and feature phone users. A method for receiving electronic mails on a feature phone includes receiving a text message on the feature phone in response to a first electronic mail. The method also includes calling a telephonic number embedded in the text message to listen to an audio clip of the first electronic mail and providing a voice input as a response to the first electronic mail. The system includes a feature phone that receives a plurality of electronic mails. The system also includes one or more electronic devices, and a communication interface in electronic communication with the feature phone and the one or more electronic devices. The system further includes a memory that stores instructions, and a processor responsive to the instructions to receive a text message in response to an electronic mail transmitted by an electronic mail user.
Multi-factor authentication of caller identification (ID) identifiers
Systems and methods for multi-factor authentication of a caller identification (ID) identifier are disclosed. In embodiments, a method includes: receiving, by a computing device of a call recipient, a call request message from a remote caller device of a caller, the call request message including an authentication token shared between the caller and the call recipient, and an identifier; authenticating the caller using the authentication token; saving an authorized caller record in an authorized caller list on the computing device, the authorized caller record including the identifier; receiving an incoming telephone call from the caller, the incoming call including a caller ID identifier; determining that the caller ID identifier matches the identifier in the authorized caller record; and initiating completion of the call based on the determining that the caller ID identifier matches the identifier in the authorized caller record.
Method for automatic start up of a communication terminal configured for voice communication on a communication terminal configured for text communication
In the case of a method or an arrangement for the automatic start up of a first communication terminal (EG A, EG B) configured for voice communication on at least one second communication terminal (CL A, CL B) configured for text communication, the voice communication between communication terminals is conveyed via at least one voice communication server (SCS) and the text communication between communication terminals is conveyed via at least one text communication server (TCS). The at least one voice communication server (SCS) and the at least one text communication server (TCS) exchange information via at least one conversion device (GW). The start up of at least one first communication terminal (CL A, CL B) is effected via the at least one text communication server (TCS), the at least one conversion device (GW) and the at least one voice communication server (SCS) to at least one second voice communication terminal (EG A, EG B).
Best time to send limited-content text messages to parties
Technologies are disclosed for determining a best time to send a text message to a party over a plurality of contact periods of time to achieve having the party respond to the message with a desired outcome and/or result. Various embodiments of the invention involve determining, for each period of time, an amount of time the party is expected to take to respond to the text message, a cost of sending the message, and a probability of the party responding with the desired outcome and/or result as a result of sending the message during the period of time. A contact attempt value is determined for each period of time based on these variables along with a desirability of sending the message to the party during the period of time. Accordingly, the best time to send the message is identified as the period of time having the highest contact attempt value.
