A training machine for strength training and rehabilitation having handles which are arranged to lift or lower a weight body via connection means and driving means provided to be moved in a continuous cycle by means of a first or positive, by the user intended exerted force towards said handles, to lift said predetermined weight body and by means of a second or negative, by the user intended exerted force towards said handles, to lower said predetermined weight body, wherein said first force is smaller than said second force. The training machine includes a tiltable arm which via, wheels and belts is connected to the handles and in that said weight body provided at or in the arm is arranged to be moved along the arm to predetermined positions depending on the load which shall be exerted on the handles.

Exercise bench and attachments
09669278 · 2017-06-06 ·

An adjustable declined exercise bench and adjustable punching or striking attachments for the exercise bench that attach to the upper end of the bench. The bench is segmented into an upper stationary end segment and a lower pivotable end segment. The lower end segment of the bench where the user's back or will rest can swivel with the movement of the user's torso. Movement of the lower segment of the bench is in opposition to a resistance band that keeps the lower segment under tension and tends to hold the lower segment in an aligned position relative to the upper segment of the bench.

Biometric Hip Rehabilitation Device with Guided and Controlled Resistance

A hip rehabilitation device with controlled motion through a foothold truck and track system with adjustable resistance for strengthening hip flexion and abduction muscles, that may include a secondary ramp with a 180 rotated foothold truck to strengthen hip extension and adduction muscles and a sensing and feedback system which records and communicates data related to motion on the track systems.

Exercise System

An exercise system includes an exercise machine and a sensor system. The exercise machine includes a chassis and a sliding platform. The chassis defines an incline. The sliding platform is configured to support a user thereon and translates along the incline. The exercise machine is configured for the user to perform resistance exercises therewith. The sensor system includes a position sensor that measures a position of the sliding platform relative to the chassis.

Reversible resistance exercise machine

A reversible resistance exercise machine for reversing the direction of applied resistance against a movable platform of an exercising machine. The exercise machine has a frame, a carriage movably positioned upon the frame, and a plurality of biasing members. A plurality of first tension connectors are accessible near the first end of the carriage and are adapted for removably attaching selected biasing members near the first end of the carriage to resist motion of the carriage in the first direction. A plurality of second tension connectors are accessible near the second end of the carriage and are adapted for removably attaching selected biasing members near the second end of the carriage to resist motion of the carriage in the second direction. A user selectable amount of force may be applied to the carriage to resist movement in either of the first direction and the second direction.

Exercise device and method of using same

An inclinable exercise device includes a support; an adjustable incline having an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion operably supported by the support to allow adjustment in an angle of the adjustable incline; a user support platform movably attached to the adjustable incline for movement of the user support platform along the adjustable incline during at least one of jumping and squat exercises; a foot support stand secured to the adjustable incline in the lower portion, the foot support engaged by one's feet during at least one of jumping and squat exercises; one or more resistance mechanisms resisting upward movement of the user support platform along the adjustable incline during at least one of jumping and squat exercises.

Weightlifting Apparatus having Free Weight Motion and a Safety Mechanism
20170080277 · 2017-03-23 ·

A weightlifting apparatus having free weight simulation and a safety mechanism includes at least one upright support having a bar engaging pulley assembly and a weight engaging pulley assembly. The upright support includes a universal joint for allowing the upright support to pivot. A lifting bar having an end movably coupled to the bar engaging pulley assembly is also included. The lifting bar includes a grip portion having switch contact disposed therein that is engaged when the grip portion is depressed. A clutch assembly is provided for enabling the bar engaging pulley assembly and weight engaging pulley assembly to move together in unison when a voltage is supplied by engaging the grip portion. Disengagement of the grip portion opens the switch contact and causes voltage to be cut off from the clutch assembly, thereby disengaging the weight support element and the lifting bar.
