A system is disclosed that includes: a behavior analysis system that collects usage data from a set of mobile devices in a cellular network; a subscription manager that computationally generates offers to mobile device owners to avail excess compute resources of the mobile devices to a resource sharing services system; a device manager that tracks the real-time availability and usage of participating mobile devices that are associated with mobile device owners that have accepted offers to avail excess compute resources; and an account manager that calculates a compensation for participating mobile devices.

A method of adding a value to a customer account is provided. A request to add a value to a customer account of a customer is received from a point of sale terminal. The request may comprise value identification data associated with the value and account identification data associated with the customer account. The customer account identification data may be entered at the point of sale. The request may be associated with a purchase of the value. The value may be caused to be added to the customer account. During subsequent value purchase transactions, additional value may be added to the account.

An example apparatus a data acquirer to obtain (a) passive measurement data and (b) background active measurement (BAM) data from panelists in a market of interest, the BAM data associated with network usage metrics of panelist wireless devices undisturbed by panelist behavior. The example apparatus further includes a share assignor to assign a first share of the passive measurement data and a second share of the BAM data to particular areas within the market of interest, the first share based on a number of passive measurement occurrences in a first one of the particular areas and the second share based on a second number of BAM occurrences in the first one of the particular areas, a weight calculator to determine weights for the first area based on the first and second shares, and a BAM calibrator to remove a bias between the passive measurement data and the BAM data by calibrating the BAM data for the market of interest using the weights.

The method connects the call to the device of the subscriber and then receives from the device of the subscriber an indication that the call is an undesirable call. The indication further includes a description of the call. The method then provides a reward to the subscriber when the indication further includes the description of the call.
