ALL-IN-ONE WORKOUT SOLUTION
A modular workout solution may include at least one hemisphere constructed and arranged to securely attach to a handle, a cap, an ab roller assembly, or dumbbell or barbell shaft to provide a modular solution adaptable for various exercise or workout programs and routines. The hemisphere may include recesses constructed and arranged for housing modular weights such that the weight of the modular workout solution is customizable. Multiple hemispheres may be combinable to increase weight or construct dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, pylons, ab rollers, or the like.
COMBINABLE WEIGHT PLATE AND KETTLE BELL, DUMBBELL AND BARBELL USING THE WEIGHT PLATE
The present application provides a combinable weight plate, which relates to the field of fitness equipment, and includes a plate body, a limiting assembly and an engaging assembly. The limiting assembly and the engaging assembly are arranged in the plate body. The engaging assembly is used to engage and connect the two plate bodies, and the limiting assembly is used to restrict the relative rotation of the two engaged and connected plate bodies. The present application also provides a weight adjustable kettle bell. The present application also provides a weight adjustable dumbbell. The present application also provides a weight adjustable barbell.
Apparatus for monitoring exercise efficiency and usage
An embodiment of an exercise monitoring apparatus is shown. Herein, the exercise monitoring apparatus comprises a casing, a fastening member, a first laser device and a second laser device. The first laser device is oriented so that, when actuated, the device outwardly projects a first light beam in a direction substantially perpendicular to a top surface of the casing. The first light beam visually produces a line of light. The second laser device is oriented so that, when actuated, the device outwardly projects a second light beam in a direction substantially perpendicular to one of the sidewalls of the casing and substantially perpendicular to the first light beam.
Fitness Bar
A weight attachment mechanism for a barbell; the attachment mechanism may include: a base including a receiving end and a mounting end; a fixed arm; an opening arm; and a sheath having an inner surface and an outer surface. The fixed arm and the opening arm may be configured to be mounted to the mounting end of the base. The opening arm may be movable relative to the fixed arm in order to receive a weight between the fixed arm and the opening arm. The inner surface of the sheath may be configured to fittingly engage at least a portion of the base. The receiving end of the base may be configured to attach to an end of the barbell.
PORTABLE BARRE EXERCISE DEVICE
A portable, foldable barre exercise device providing balance support for a user during exercise may include a pair of legs and a pair of support arms. Each support arm may be pivotally attached to a corresponding leg and may be adapted to be extended upward with the device in an open state. A horizontal exercise bar may be arranged between upper ends of the support arms. The device may further include a pair of weight stacks of removable dumbbells, each attached to a corresponding support arm, and one or more quick release straps for facilitating folding of the device into a closed state for stowage and for strapping the support arms and legs together. The device is lightweight yet structurally configured so as to support a user's entire weight thereon.
Exercise equipment adapter
An exercise equipment adapter includes a first enclosure portion having a first divot portion and a second enclosure portion having a second divot portion. A hinge connection connects the first and second enclosure portions, the hinge connection arranging the first enclosure portion and the second enclosure portion in an open configuration and a closed configuration. In the closed configuration, the first enclosure portion and the second enclosure portion are mated to each other, forming an enclosure, and the first and second divot portions forming a cavity. A locking mechanism is configured to lock first enclosure to the second closure in the closed position and a handle is connected to at least one of the first and second enclosure portions.
DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE FOR A VERSATILE FITNESS BAR
A device and method of use for a versatile fitness bar is disclosed herein. The bar generally is comprised of a main first part member and a main second part member. In other embodiments, the versatile fitness bar is also comprised of releasably attachable weight members. In embodiments, the distal ends of the main first part member and the main second part member are configured to receive and releasably attach weight members. In yet other embodiments, the main first part member and the main second part member are configured at the proximal ends to releasably attach and lock both main first and second part members together. In embodiments, the weight members are configured to also function as dumbbells.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF EXERCISING UTILIZING A PULSE GENERATION
An exercise equipment configured to exercise muscles by require the muscles to generate torque intermittently is provided. The exercise equipment includes a sleeve. A pipe is slidably disposed within the sleeve. The sleeve is concentric to the pipe wherein the outer surface of the pipe is spaced apart the inner surface of the sleeve. A counterweight is mounted to at least one end of the pipe wherein the rotation of the pipe along an orbital path causes the pipe to turn within the bore of the sleeve. The turning of the pipe is a result of the counterweights completing a revolution as the counterweights rotate about the longitudinal axis of the pipe. The turning of the pipe generates a pulse so as to actuate muscular structure within the body of the user.
