Portable modular training system
Portable modular training systems are described herein. In one aspect, a modular training system includes a system container including a container front, a container rear, a container first side, a container second side, a container bottom, and a container top, defining a container cavity, and an exercise structure comprising a platform connector with a vertical support bar coupled to an interior surface of the system container and a horizontal bar coupled to the vertical support bar and extending external to the system container via an aperture defined by the system container.
Weightlifting barbell roller and systems and methods for using the same
Systems and methods for reducing injury sustained during weightlifting and for making deadlifting more comfortable by encouraging correct form with reduced risk of injury. Specifically, this disclosure relates to systems and methods for reducing injury during a deadlift by providing a cushioned, free-spinning roller protective device on an associated barbell which roller is configured to roll relative to the barbell so that contact between the roller and the users leg results in the barbell bar rolling along the leg.
Weightlifting apparatus for providing increased initial lifting weight
This invention in the field of weightlifting assists a weightlifter in training more effectively, by providing an apparatus for decreasing weight during a weightlifting movement, such that more weight is lifted initially than must be set down again afterward. The apparatus consists generally of an arm extending from a hinge anchored at a fixed height, such that the arm may be placed atop a bar or barbell to be lifted. When the bar is lifted, the arm's position relative to the hinge causes the arm to fall off of the bar and remove the weight of the arm from the weight being lifted by the weightlifter. Thus, the amount of weight the weightlifter is lowering back down again is reduced compared to the amount of weight the weightlifter initially lifted.
Systems For Supporting Dumbbells
The present disclosure generally pertains to barbell and dumbbell support systems that allow for a user to perform exercises without requiring movement of the body of the user from the proximity of weight support assemblies when weights are in use. Weight support systems include extendable arm assemblies for the holding and positioning of barbells or dumbbells in a location conducive to performing exercises. Extendable arm assemblies automatically retract when a user removes the barbell or dumbbells from the assemblies, allowing the user to perform the intended exercise without moving away from the system. The retracted position of the extendable arm assemblies allows the user to replace the weights without the assistance of others at the conclusion of the exercise.
FITNESS, EXERCISE AND MASSAGE ROLLER
The invention relates to a fitness, exercise and massage roller, which roller (10) has a substantially cylindrical shape and a hollow opening (13) around its imaginary center axis, which roller (10) comprises two or more frame parts (11,12), which are at least part-circular in their outer form and configured to form the cylindrical shape of the roller (10). At least one of the frame elements (11, 12) is separable or turnable from connection with the other frame elements (11, 12) such, that a longitudinal opening is formed and that the roller (10) is configured to be located around a bar (51) or like via the longitudinal opening. The roller (10) comprises adjusting rotation elements (15) located in the hollow opening (13) and configured to provide rotatable and adjustable fastening of the roller (10) around the bar (51) or like and the adjusting rotation elements (15) are configured to adjust or self/auto-adjust cross-sectional inner dimensions of the hollow opening (13) to correspond to cross-sectional outer dimensions of the bar (51).
Blockchain
An Internet of Thing (IoT) device includes a camera coupled to a processor; and a wireless transceiver coupled to the processor. Blockchain smart contracts can be used with the device to facilitate secure operation.
Dynamic motion resistance module
A modular and dynamic force apparatus for adjusting standard and dynamic torque-to-linear forces during physical activity in real-time, the apparatus including a force module, a user device and an apparatus tracking processing unit. The force module includes an open hub attachment point, wherein the open hub attaches the apparatus to an external source, one or more sensors measuring data for physical activity efficiency, an internal processor, wireless radio and force sensor module, a variable length cable, a force generating component, and motor controls. The internal processor, wireless radio and force sensor module includes an apparatus tracking measurement unit (“ATMU”) adapted to measure data, a first electronic communications channel for transmitting the measured data to an apparatus tracking processing unit (“ATPU”), and a second electronic communications channel for transmitting one or more apparatus conditions data to adjust dynamic forces.
