DUMBBELL HOLDER FOR EXERCISE BAR
A bottom-hinged dumbbell holder may include a pair of opposed holding bodies connected along their bottoms. In a closed position, the top sections may be axially aligned and constructed and arranged to slide over an elongated bar and the bases define a generally cylindrical channel, near the hinged bottom, in which compressible gaskets and a handle of a dumbbell may be received and securely contained.
Baby Weight Stroller
An article of manufacture providing an exercise device for work-out with a stroller according to the present invention includes the stroller having a frame having a front portion and a rear portion, a front wheel assembly coupled to the front portion of the frame, a pair of rear wheels coupled to the rear portion of the frame and a handle coupled to the rear portion of the frame above the pair of rear wheels and a plurality of barbells coupled across the stroller for supporting removable weights on both ends of the barbells. A first barbell coupled across the rear portion of the frame between the pair of rear wheels and the handle. A second barbell coupled across front wheel assembly. A third barbell coupled across the handle.
Training system and apparatus
The present disclosure provides training systems and apparatus for working out. The training system includes a pivotal bracket and a workout bar. The pivotal bracket includes a first portion and a second portion pivotally coupled to the first portion. The first portion is couplable to a support surface. The workout bar is coupled to the second portion of the pivotal bracket. The workout bar includes a cylindrical weight receiving portion positioned distal relative to the second portion of the pivotal bracket and a rectangular intermediate portion positioned between the second portion of the pivotal bracket and the cylindrical weight receiving portion. The weight bar may include a plurality of pairs of holes spaced apart along a length of the bar for receiving various attachment members for performing landmine workout movements. The training system may include other support structures to which the pivotal bracket is connected.
Adjustable weight lifting device
An adjustable weight lifting device (21) includes a tube (31), a pin (33) movably disposed inside the tube (31), the pin (33) comprising an external thread (35), and one or more driving knobs (51) extending radially inward relative to an inner wall of the tube (31) and engaging with the external thread. The external thread comprises at least one portion having a first helix angle and at least one portion having a second helix angle, the second helix angle being smaller than the first helix angle.
WEIGHTLIFTING COLLAR AND ADDABLE WEIGHT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system for adding weight and clamping a bar, as non-exclusive example, a barbell collar, includes a weighted collar attachable to a clamp. The clamp may include configurations that mate with the weighted collar, for selectively retaining and removing the weighted collar from mate with the clamp.
Hanging free weight device
A device designed to hang free weight dumbbells from the end of an elongated cylindrical lifting bar. The device is comprised of a cylindrical hollow head which is capable of sliding and hanging on to a barbell, while the openly hollow C-shaped support inferior to the neck of the device is free to safely support a free weight dumbbell during resistance training.
BARBELL CLAMPING ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to the field of barbell clamping technologies and particularly to a barbell clamping assembly including a barbell clamping body. A replaceable core is inserted into the barbell clamping body. Press blocks are inserted into the replaceable core. The replaceable core is connected to the press blocks through first springs. A hexagon bolt is inserted into the barbell clamping body. A rotating rod is inserted into the hexagon bolt. A handle is sleeved onto the rotating rod. A fixing block is disposed on a side of the handle. A clamping structure is inserted into the barbell clamping body and includes first and second clamping blocks inserted into the barbell clamping body. The first and seconds clamping blocks are connected to the barbell clamping body by second springs, and an arc fixing groove is disposed in the barbell clamping body and between the first and second clamping blocks.
Resistance training exercise device
The present disclosure relates to a resistance training exercise device that includes a frame; a holder coupled to the frame, the holder defining a lever channel for receiving a forearm of a user; the holder and the frame configured to rotate with the forearm about an elbow relative to an upper arm when the user is performing a rotary resistance training exercise; and a weight support for receiving one or more weights thereon, the weight support fixed to the frame and spaced apart from the holder in a direction selected to maintain, throughout the resistance exercise, an angle between the upper arm and the weight support that is greater by a constant value than an angle between the upper arm and the lever channel.
Set of dumbbells
A set of dumbbells comprises a plurality of dumbbells of different weights with the dumbbells having a common length. A plurality of adder weights is provided with each adder weight having a cavity that is sized to receive the common length of any one of the dumbbells. Any one of the dumbbells is dropped down into the cavity of any one of the adder weights. A slide retainer is then slid into a slideway on the any one adder weight to overlie the dumbbell and secure the dumbbell to the any one adder weight. The slide retainer has a window therein to allow a user to reach through the slide retainer and grip a hand grip of the dumbbell.
Weightlifting apparatus for providing increased initial lifting weight
This invention in the field of weightlifting assists a weightlifter in training more effectively, by providing an apparatus for decreasing weight during a weightlifting movement, such that more weight is lifted initially than must be set down again afterward. The apparatus consists generally of an arm extending from a hinge anchored at a fixed height, such that the arm may be placed atop a bar or barbell to be lifted. When the bar is lifted, the arm's position relative to the hinge causes the arm to fall off of the bar and remove the weight of the arm from the weight being lifted by the weightlifter. Thus, the amount of weight the weightlifter is lowering back down again is reduced compared to the amount of weight the weightlifter initially lifted.
