Provided is a weight-adjustable dumbbell, including a grip bar assembly, a dumbbell seat, a plurality of dumbbell discs placed on the dumbbell seat; the grip bar assembly includes a plurality of hanging discs arranged adjacent to each other and are rotated synchronously, and the hanging discs are rotated relative to the dumbbell discs to setting positions to engage with or disengage from the dumbbell discs. The grip bar assembly also includes at least one stopping mechanism, each stopping mechanism includes at least one locking component, and the dumbbell seat is provided with a limiting hole for the locking component to be engaged with. When the hanging discs are rotated to a setting position, the locking component is disengaged from the limiting hole to maintain an unlocked state. When the hanging discs are rotated between two setting positions, the locking component is inserted into the limiting hole to maintain a locked state.

The grip bar assembly also includes at least one stopping mechanism, each stopping mechanism includes at least one locking component, and the dumbbell seat is provided with a limiting hole for the locking component to be engaged with. When the hanging discs are rotated between two setting positions, the locking component is inserted into the limiting hole to maintain a locked state.
MODULAR MOBILE UNIT FOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
A modular unit for physical activities, outdoors, containing a multi-purpose structural metal frame mounted on a floor of a trailer on wheels, through a fixing point. The multi-purpose structural frame includes two vertical beams linked by longitudinal and transversal longitudinal rails with sliding guides to associate two structurally extendable modules mounted at the front and rear and in turn two horizontal storage cabinets; it is also arranged in a solid way by bolts for fixing both to the multi-purpose structural frame and to the floor of the trailer to a set of individual pulley unit module and to another set of double pulley unit module associated with a weight system with protective covers, and also includes a vertical storage cabinet integrally associated with the multipurpose structural frame.
ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM FOR AN ADJUSTABLE KETTLEBELL
An adjustable kettlebell system includes a base having a rod extending from the base. A selector is threaded onto the rod. The rod and selector extend through a plurality of weight supports. Each weight support is connected to an underlying weight support with a connector. As the selector is moved along the length of the rod by rotating the rod, the selector causes the connector to disengage with the underlying weight support. The adjustable kettlebell is then removed without the underlying weight support connected to the handle.
ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM FOR AN ADJUSTABLE KETTLEBELL
An adjustable kettlebell system includes a base having a rod extending from the base. A selector is threaded onto the rod. The rod and selector extend through a plurality of weight supports. Each weight support is connected to an underlying weight support with a connector. As the selector is moved along the length of the rod by rotating the rod, the selector causes the connector to disengage with the underlying weight support. The adjustable kettlebell is then removed without the underlying weight support connected to the handle.

A base comprises an interlocking weight carrier, wherein the interlocking weights are supported on the interlocking weight carrier and an interlocking weight selector, wherein the interlocking weight selector is adapted to cause interlocking weights to be set to be locked to the permanent weight assembly while the permanent weight assembly is not on the base, wherein placement of the permanent weight assembly on the base causes interlocking weights that are set to be locked to the permanent weight assembly to be locked to the permanent weight assembly, and wherein placement of the permanent weight assembly on the base does not cause interlocking weights that are not set to be locked to the permanent weight assembly to be locked to the permanent weight assembly.
