A method includes providing a GUI including graphical format object(s) corresponding to a number of attributes on a display device associated with the device. The method further includes allowing a user to manipulate the graphical format object(s) by dragging the graphical format object(s) of the GUI. The method also includes creating a graphical representation for the attributes based on the manipulation of the graphical format objects by the user. The method also includes defining one or more values of the attributes based on the graphical representation. Further, the method includes saving the graphical representation and the values of the attributes. One or more operations can be executed on the device based on the saved graphical representation and the values of the attributes.
