Document pressing unit, and automatic document conveying device and image forming apparatus provided with the same
A document pressing unit is openable with respect to an apparatus body including a placement portion on which a document is placed, and is configured to press the document from above. The document pressing unit includes a body frame, a pair of hinge units, a pair of metal fixing members, and fastening screws. The body frame is able to press the document. The hinge units respectively include hinge legs mounted on the apparatus body, and are mounted with a certain distance in a left-right direction on a rear end of the body frame to openably support the body frame with respect to the apparatus body. The fixing members fix the hinge units to the body frame, respectively. The fastening screws fasten the fixing member and the hinge unit through the body frame so that the fixing member and the hinge unit sandwich the body frame in an up-down direction.
Sensor mounting structure, fixing device, and image forming apparatus therewith
A sensor mounting structure includes a positioning member, a holding member, and a biasing member. The positioning member is a mounting reference of a sensor. The holding member is attachable to and detachable from the positioning member so as to form a space in which the sensor is disposed with respect to the positioning member. The biasing member includes an arched part which is overhung between a pair of engaging parts engaging with the holding member. The biasing member, while the holding member is attached to the positioning member, elastically deforms the arched part that is sandwiched between the holding member and the sensor that is disposed in the space so as to bias the sensor to the positioning member.
IMAGE READING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image reading apparatus includes a reading unit, a cable, a connector portion, a casing, and a cover member. The reading unit reads an image of a document. The cable is connected to the reading unit, and transmits an image signal output from reading unit. The connector portion is disposed in the reading unit, and is connected to the cable. The casing accommodates the reading unit and has an opening portion through which the connector portion is exposed to outside of the casing. The cover member is attached to and detached from the casing and covers the opening portion in a state where the cable is connected to the connector portion via the opening portion.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes a sheet feeding cassette, a cassette attachment part, and a sensor. The sensor is switched in a cassette detection state and a cassette non-detection state. The sheet feeding cassette includes a detected piece, a pressure piece, and a lock receiving part. The detected piece switches the sensor to the cassette detection state and to the cassette non-detection state. The presser piece is provided integrally with the detected piece. The lock receiving part supports the presser piece movably. The cassette attachment part includes a locking member. When the sheet feeding cassette is attached to the attachment part, the detected piece switches the sensor from the cassette non-detection state to the detection state to enable a sheet feeding operation from the sheet feeding cassette, and the pressure piece interferes with the locking member to cause the locking member to be engaged with the lock receiving part.

A base frame includes a top surface member formed from a plate-shaped material, a bottom surface member formed from a plate-shaped material and disposed in parallel to the top surface member, and a reinforcing member disposed between the top surface member and the bottom surface member. The reinforcing member is formed from a plate-shaped material, and includes a main body portion having a flat plate shape and intersecting the top surface member and the bottom surface member. The main body portion includes a first contact portion in contact with the bottom surface member and a second contact portion in contact with the top surface member.
Supply component comprising corrective data
In some examples, a supply component for a printing device includes a memory device comprising a plurality of corrective data to produce a corresponding plurality of color tables each customized for a respective media type of a plurality of media types, wherein a respective corrective data of the plurality of corrective data corresponds to nodes of a reference color table for the printing device that is able to accept the plurality of media types for printing. The respective corrective data includes a plurality of residual values to transform the nodes of the reference color table to a customized color table for use with a selected media type of the plurality of media types.
Color table compression
In some examples, a print cartridge component includes a memory device comprising coefficients based on a compression of a difference table including a plurality of difference nodes in which each difference node represents a value that is a difference of a value of a node of a color table and a value of a corresponding node of a reference table, the coefficients useable to produce a reconstructed difference table, and residue information representing a difference of the color table and the reconstructed difference table.
PRINTING DEVICE SUPPLY COMPONENT
In some examples, a supply component for a printing device includes a memory device comprising corrective data to produce a customized color table for a first color gamut, wherein the corrective data corresponds to nodes of a reference color table for the printing device that is able to employ a plurality of color gamuts for printing. The corrective data comprises a plurality of residual values to transform the nodes of the reference color table to the customized color table. The corrective data is accessible by the printing device to transform the reference color table to the customized color table used for printing to a media using the first color gamut.

A printer for printing information on a recording paper, includes: a housing, which has a recording paper receiving portion having an opening, and includes a plurality of outer surfaces including a bottom surface to be opposed to an installation surface; a printer cover, which is coupled to the housing, and is capable of opening and closing the opening; a display unit, which is removably mounted on a mounting surface other than the bottom surface among the plurality of outer surfaces, and is configured to display predetermined information; a cable having one end connected to the display unit and another end on which a connector is mounted; and a connector connecting portion to which the connector is connected.
