SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING AN ELASTOMERIC BAND FOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
The invention describes kits and methods for recreational activities involving the use of an elastomeric band.
Multifunctional fitness horizontal bar
A multifunctional fitness horizontal bar which relates to the technical field of fitness horizontal bars, comprises: an outer tube, an inner tube telescopically and axially assembled on both ends of the outer tube, a support part provided on the outer side of the inner tube, and a plurality of hanging buckles provided on the outer tube and/or the inner tube, wherein a mounting hole is provided on each of the plurality of hanging buckles. Adopting the above technical solution has the advantage of being convenient to be used in combination with other fitness equipment.
DOOR FRAME EXERCISE SYSTEM
An exercise apparatus for attachment and use within a door frame includes a pair of elongated frame elements with each having apertures configured to receive various types of cross bars. The frame elements are designed to be secured to vertical portions of a door frame without interfering with passing through the doorway or closing the door. A cross bar having a length greater than the door width is configured to be received within corresponding apertures among the frame elements. A cross bar has a retractable spring pin protruding from the bar so that the spring pin may engage a frame element to limit axial excursion of the bar. Two such spring pins may be included in the bar, so that with the frame elements including apertures having pin-receiving pockets, one type of bar may rotate freely while another type of bar is prevented from rotation.
Fitness System
A fitness system may be attachable to a doorway. The fitness system may include a bar, a first vertical track, and a second vertical track. The vertical tracks may be attached to opposite door jambs of a doorway. The first vertical track may have with receptacles for receiving a first end of the bar. The second vertical track may have receptacles for receiving a second end of the bar. When the bar is inserted into the receptacle on the first vertical track and the corresponding receptacle on the second vertical track the bar is parallel to the floor, suitable, for example, for supporting fitness activity.
DOOR JAMB EXERCISE SYSTEM
The door jamb exercise support member includes an elongated shaft having at least one planar surface, a pair of couplers associated therewith having a size and shape for select engagement with a respective pair of screws that cooperate to flush mount the at least one planar surface to a door jamb, a receiving channel formed from the elongated shaft having a size and shape for select slide-in reception of a bracket, and a pair of concentric locking apertures formed from opposing sides of the elongated shaft and generally aligned with the receiving channel. Upon select insertion of the bracket into the receiving channel, a retaining aperture generally concentrically aligns with each of the pair of concentric locking apertures for select slide-through reception of a locking pin substantially retaining the bracket within the receiving channel by simultaneously engaging the retaining aperture in the bracket and the pair of concentric locking apertures.
Exercise device
An exercise device. The exercise device includes an elongated member with a pair of grooves disposed at opposing ends. A pair of tension screws are utilized to slidably secure a pair of clamps to opposing ends of the elongated member. The pair of clamps slidably adjust along the length of the elongated member by traveling along the grooves. The clamps secure the elongated member to an opening, such as a door frame. The elongated member further includes a pair of recessed portions. The recessed portions are configured to curve around a soleus portion of a user's legs. A pair of straps affixed to opposing ends of each recessed portion removably secure about a front of the user's legs. In one embodiment, the elongated member is hingedly divided into two parts, wherein each part includes a clamp slidably secured thereto and a recessed portion, thereby providing a storage configuration.
Suspension training strap handle and suspension training strap
A suspension training strap handle and a suspension training strap solve the technical problem that an edge of a thin edge of a strap body contacts with the human limb and generate pressure so as to be easy to generate a mark and damage the skin when the existing suspension training strap is used. The suspension training strap handle includes handle bodies, strap connection structures arranged on the handle bodies and gripping parts; wherein the stiffness of a material of the handle body is greater than that of a flexible strap body; one end of the flexible strap body of the training strap is connected to the strap body connection structure while the other end thereof can be connected to an external fixing device.
Strength Exercise Mechanisms
A treadmill including a frame, an exercise deck attached to the frame, and a first push-up handle attached to the frame and elevated over the exercise deck.
Systems, devices, and methods including a spinal resistance assembly
Systems, devices, and methods are described for providing, among other things, a neck and spine strengthening device. The strengthening device includes a spinal resistance assembly configured to apply a resist force or to resist rotation about at least a first axis, and a head affixing assembly configured to secure to a head of a user during use. The strengthening device is instrumented with sensors and an embedded computing system configured to securely exchange exercise performance and configuration data with local client devices, and to monitor and record exercise activity and exercise performance data.
ADAPTABLE BAR
An adaptable bar with means at the ends thereof for securing same between two opposite surfaces is provided that includes a variable-angle attachment unit with a movable double spider that allows the joining angle between the variable-angle attachment unit and the bar to be changed and fixed in two axes of space, the length of the bar being adjustable by means of inner tubes provided with threaded units. The attachment unit includes a plate for securing to a wall, which plate is secured independently and on which the bar fits. The movable double spider includes a cardan joint to which is joined, on one side, respective lugs of a connection base with a pin that provides an articulated joint in a first axis of the space, and on the other side, a connector with another pin perpendicular to the first that provides another articulated joint in a second axis of the space.
