Exercise device
The present disclosure provides an exercise device having two tubular members and a tension member disclosed therein and coupled thereto, the tubular members designed to be pulled away from each other, and whereby the exercise device is also capable of being attached to one or more resistance bands.
PORTABLE MODULAR HANGING AND PULLING SYSTEM
The present invention provides portable modular hanging and pulling system for temporary mounting in a doorway formed above a floor and along a wall, the wall having a first opposing side and a second opposing side, the doorway includes a door attached to a door frame on the first opposing side with a door hinge, and a supportive strip positioned above the doorway on the second opposing side. The portable modular hanging and pulling system includes: a first bearing member, a second bearing member, a first coupling member, a second coupling member, and a modular surface.
DOOR FRAME EXERCISE SYSTEM
An exercise apparatus for attachment and use within a door frame includes a pair of elongated frame elements with each having apertures configured to receive various types of cross bars. The frame elements are designed to be secured to vertical portions of a door frame without interfering with passing through the doorway or closing the door. A cross bar having a length greater than the door width is configured to be received within corresponding apertures among the frame elements. A cross bar has a retractable spring pin protruding from the bar so that the spring pin may engage a frame element to limit axial excursion of the bar. Two such spring pins may be included in the bar, so that with the frame elements including apertures having pin-receiving pockets, one type of bar may rotate freely while another type of bar is prevented from rotation.
DOORWAY FITNESS TOWER AND PARALLEL BAR
A doorway parallel bar fitness device includes a doorway fitness tower portion having a pair of vertical parallel bars, a pair of horizontal parallel bars, a pair of horizontal parallel supports arms and a back support. The doorway parallel bar fitness device also includes a second pair of corresponding hooks disposed on a first end of the pair of horizontal parallel supports arms, the pair of horizontal parallel supports arms are secured to the pair of horizontal parallel supports arms against the pair of horizontal parallel bars with a second pair of corresponding hooks disposed on a first end of the pair of horizontal parallel supports arms. The first pair of corresponding hooks disposed on each of the pair of horizontal parallel supports arms specifically include a screw pin and threaded aperture fastener to secure the pair of horizontal parallel supports arms against the pair of horizontal parallel bars.
Stretching device
A stretching device that enables a user to employ the mechanical advantage of a multi-pulley system while performing various, prolonged muscle stretches; the stretching device including a first anchor assembly, a second anchor assembly, and a motion transfer line. The first motion transfer line has a first anchor body and a first motion transfer pulley; the first anchor body being attached to the user and the first motion transfer pulley being coupled to the first anchor body. Similarly, the second motion transfer line has a second anchor body and a second motion transfer pulley; the second anchor body being attached to a stationary object and the second motion transfer pulley being coupled to the second anchor body. The motion transfer line is terminally attached to the first anchor body and is trained around both the first motion transfer pulley and the second motion transfer pulley.
Partial Harness for Pelvic Pivot Exercises
A physical exercise device comprising a lower back support pad and a thigh support pad or a single support pad. These support pads are coupled to a buckle. The buckle may in turn be coupled to a suspension system anchored to a surface positioned at least substantially above the buckle. The buckle may provide a taut connection to the suspension system, so that the user may relax into the pads, which would then support the user's weight, permitting the user to concentrate on rotating or otherwise controlling the muscles adjacent to the pelvis, particularly the inner abdomen.
