Strength Exercise Mechanisms
A treadmill including a frame, an exercise deck attached to the frame, and a first push-up handle attached to the frame and elevated over the exercise deck.
Sliding grip resistance exercise device
A multi-functional sliding grip exercise device, specifically but not limited to: sliding grip medial pull-ups, sliding grip lateral pull-ups, lower back extension/sit-up assistance exercise. Exercise device will have rotatable rubber pegs attached to horizontal bars to aid in utility. Horizontal bars supporting hand grips will have apertures on its frame; apertures will take on the form of a “T” with arms going vertically down to engage device locking system. Horizontal bar with apertures will have tracks on top surface and bottom surface to support guidance of Hand grips. Horizontal bar with apertures will have a resistance element housed within, preferably but not limited to springs; also housed within bar will be spring caps with an protuberance attached that will make contact with Handgrips appendage to engage springs. Handgrips may have indentations to support lower back bar for lower back extension/sit-up assistance exercise. Device may have adjustable resistance.
Strength exercise mechanisms
A treadmill including a frame, an exercise deck attached to the frame, and a first push-up handle attached to the frame and elevated over the exercise deck.
Doorway squat and calves workout system
The system of the present invention includes elastic bands that are affixed and inserted within elastic band insertion slots that are disposed on a u-shaped frame and a rectangular-shaped frame. The squatting motion the user performs on the present invention activates the expansion and retraction of the elastic bands, which exerts resisting force upon the user, simulating weights.
Foldable exercise device
A foldable exercise device with a chin-up exercise apparatus and a dip exercise apparatus suspendable from the chin-up exercise apparatus. The chin-up exercise apparatus has a top horizontal member and a bottom horizontal member connected by two connecting members. Each connecting member has a door header hook and a parallel chin-up handle that rotate on the connecting member from a flat configuration to an exercise configuration. In the exercise configuration the chin-up exercise apparatus can engage a door frame. In the exercise configuration the parallel chin-up handles can be used for neutral chin-ups. The dip exercise apparatus has two vertical members spaced apart by a horizontal connecting member. The vertical members have a bottom end with a bottom grip. The bottom grip can be rotated from a flat configuration to an exercise configuration. In the exercise configuration the bottom grips can be used to do dip exercises.

Handgrips may have indentations to support lower back bar for lower back extension/sit-up assistance exercise. Device may have adjustable resistance.
PORTABLE PULL-UP APPARATUS
Implementations of a portable pull-up apparatus are provided. In some implementations, the portable pull-up apparatus comprises a first arm and a second arm connected at a pivot point. In some implementations, the portable pull-up apparatus further comprises an attachment device connected to the first arm and the second to attach a gripping device. In some implementations, the portable pull-up apparatus further comprises a first elongated portion and second elongated portion rotatably attached to the first arm and the second arm, respectively. to securely hold the portable pull-up device above a door frame. In some implementations, the angle between the first arm and the second arm at the pivot point is greater than 90 degrees when the portable pull-up apparatus is in the fully closed position. In some implementations, the attachment device is a chain and a gripping object can be attached to the chain using a hook.
Exercise Devices for Assisting a Person to Perform Bodyweight Exercises
An exercise device for assisting a user in performing bodyweight exercises as well as being configured for performance of weight training cable exercises includes a frame that is configured to be detachably mounted to a doorframe. The frame includes a first door bar and a second door bar that is spaced from the first door bar and is configured for contacting the doorframe on a first side of the doorframe. The exercise device also includes a pair of door hook assemblies that are coupled to the frame and are configured to seat against a ledge of the doorframe on a second side of the doorframe for securely yet detachably mounting the frame to the doorframe. A pulley carrier assembly is detachably coupled to both the first door bar and the second door bar and includes an elongated carrier that carries a first pulley and a spaced second pulley. A cable passes along the first pulley and the second pulley and the cable has a first end and an opposing second end. The device also includes a counter-weight coupled to a first end of the cable.
BICYCLE WORKSTATION
A bicycle workstation that is removably suspended in a doorway when in use includes several elongate members that collectively provide at least three contact surfaces, and an additional elongate member that, in the illustrative embodiment, couples to a clamp suitable for clamping to a part of a bicycle. The contact surfaces are arranged such that the weight of the bicycle forces them against a wall, door frame, and moulding on both sides of the doorway, thereby securely suspending the bicycle workstation, and the bicycle clamped to it.
Exercise device
An exercise apparatus for the performance of tricep dip exercise and the like. The apparatus comprises first and second elongate members, which are adapted to be brought into fixed positional arrangement relative to each other. The first upper end of each member is adapted to be brought into engagement with a substantially horizontal member of a pull up or chin up bar, while the second, lower end of each tubular member is adapted to form, or is conjoined to, a hand .[.grips means.]. .Iadd.grip.Iaddend.. The hand .[.grip means is.]. .Iadd.grips are .Iaddend.provided in a direction which is substantially perpendicular to the main body of the first and second member. A third member is conjoined to the first and second members about their lower ends.
