A non-transitory computer-readable medium stores computer-readable instructions that are executable by a processor of a first terminal device compatible with a first platform. An image processing apparatus, a method for image processing, and an electronic device are provided. The image processing apparatus includes a Hardware Abstract Layer (HAL), an application (APP) coupled with the HAL, and an Algo Process Service (APS). The HAL is configured to receive a RAW image, to convert the RAW image into a YUV image, and to transmit the RAW image and/or the YUV image to the APP. The APP is configured to transmit the RAW image and/or the YUV image to the APS. The APS is coupled with the HAL via the APP and stores at least one image processing algorithm for image post-processing, and the APS is configured to process, with the at least one image processing algorithm, the RAW image and/or the YUV image.

In an image forming system provided with a plurality of image forming apparatuses, at least one of the image forming apparatuses takes over an application owned by other the image forming apparatus, and acquires, from a transfer source, the number of times of application use indicating the number of times of using the application in the image forming apparatus being the transfer source of the application. When execution of the application is finished, the image forming apparatus determines between the image forming apparatus itself, and the transfer source of the application, in which the number of times of application use of the application is larger, based on the number of times of application use acquired from the transfer source, and transfers the application to the transfer source, when the transfer source has a larger number of times of application use than the transfer destination.

An example management server creates a group for synchronizing an application configuration, transmits a group identifier of the group to devices included in the group, maps configuration data of an application to the group identifier, stores the mapped configuration data, and transmits the configuration data to at least one device included in the group. When a configuration of an executed application is changed, a device checks whether a group identifier mapped to the application exists in a storage. When the group identifier exists, the device displays a message inquiring whether to propagate the changed configuration data of the application to the group to which the group identifier is assigned. When receiving a request to propagate the changed configuration data, the device provides the changed configuration data to a management server in a predetermined method. The group identifier is transmitted from the management server and stored in the storage.

According to an embodiment, an information processing apparatus installs various application programs according to an installation application program. Further, the information processing apparatus installs, when installing an installation application program, an installation application program according to a proxy installation application program.
