Glute rebuilding device
A glute rebuilding device comprising a main body, at least one slide, and a support. The main body has an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion has a top and bottom surface and a first and second end, the second end having a foot rest extending therefrom. The lower portion has a top and bottom surface and a first and second end. The slide is coupled to the bottom surface of the lower portion of the main body. The support is configured for placement between the upper and lower portions of the main body to elevate the upper portion with respect to the lower portion. The second end of the upper portion is pivotally connected to the second end of the lower portion by a hinge, such that the upper portion can move between a flat position, an elevated position, and an unfolded position.
Portable resistance machine
The present invention is a portable resistance machine that allows a user to perform rowing, skiing, paddling, or any other physical activities at any suitable location. The portable resistance machine contains a housing, a pulley, a flywheel, a planetary gear assembly, an anchor, a retraction mechanism, and a pull cord. The housing contains a central gear support. The pulley, the flywheel, the planetary gear assembly, and the retraction mechanism are positioned within the housing. The central gear support is positioned within the housing. The planetary gear assembly is positioned within the central gear support. The pulley and the flywheel are axially connected opposite to each other along the planetary gear assembly. The retraction mechanism is operatively connected to the pulley, where the retraction mechanism is configured to retract the pull cord into a spooled state around the pulley. The anchor is externally connected to the housing.

Adjustable Double End Bag
A vertically adjustable double end bag system includes a double end bag connected to a tether. The tether may be a continuous cord o two connected cords, and may be flexible or substantially fixed length. The double end bag includes an adjuster mechanism for selectively positioning the bag. A support, such as may be connected to a door or other upright fixture or as may be free-standing via a base, connects to and suspends the tether.
Exercise equipment and method
Exercise equipment for at least pulling and pushing exercises comprises an elastic tubular band covered by a flexible material covering, for example, of nylon which is threaded through an O-ring grommet and holes in first and second straps threaded through first and second handles proximate to one another when gripped by a user. The exercise equipment may be used with a safety door attachment that comprises a safety loop for looping around a door handle or knob. The safety loop is stitched to a loop threaded through a plastic spindle of a foam door stop used on one side of a closed door. A further loop extends from the plastic spindle to the other closed side of the door and is adapted to receive the exercise equipment through the further loop. A series of isometric pulling and pushing exercises, trunk rotation among other exercises are disclosed and various accessories which may be used for warm up, relieving pain and for exercise including a D-ring embodiment for use with known exercise equipment.
Rolling pilates exercise apparatus
A lightweight and portable fitness apparatus comprises a pair of wheel assemblies connected by a connecting bar. The apparatus may be used to perform Pilates-style exercises by a variety of activities such as lifting or rolling the apparatus. The connection bar of the apparatus is offset from a center of each wheel assembly and rotatable from an outer portion of each wheel assembly. The offset position allows the connection bar and wheel assemblies to act as a stable rolling platform, similar to a platform of a Pilates reformer, but as the lightweight and portable apparatus.
Exercise device for assisting with certain abdominal exercises
A device to assist an exerciser in performing an abdominal exercise includes two rigid elements, a rigid cross member with a first end that is coupled to a first of the two rigid elements and a second end that is coupled to a second of the two rigid elements, and a soft material that defines a first surface coupled to a lower surface of the rigid cross member. Each rigid element is configured to define: a first portion that extends from a first end of the rigid element to a first bend, a second portion that extends from the first bend to a second bend that bends in a direction that is opposite the first bend, and a third portion that extends from the second bend to a second end of the rigid element. The first, second and third portions of the rigid element are substantially flat.
EXERCISE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A workout device that allows for at home Nordic hamstring curls using a. doorframe or other immovable object is disclosed.
Variable resistance exercise band
A resistance band apparatus for a person to perform resistance exercises includes a pair of rigid resistance band buckles each having a first end and a second end. The first end has a first attachment mechanism and the second end has at least one second attachment mechanism. At least one elastomeric resistance band has two opposing ends, each end adapted for attachment to the second attachment mechanism of one of the resistance band buckles. Multiple resistance bands may be included, some having a unique length and/or elasticity. The resistance bands are interchangeable and selectively fixed with the buckles. The apparatus may further include a proximal strap fixed between a first resistance band buckle and a user interface mechanism such as a handle, and a distal strap fixed between a second opposing resistance band buckle and an object engagement mechanism, such as a door bracket.
