Weight Plate Carrier Vest
A weight plate carrier vest includes first and second panels. Each panel includes an interior layer having an inner layer, foam pad, a mesh spacer, and an outer layer. An exterior layer and the interior layer define a pocket therebetween. Shoulder straps extend between the first and second panels. A waist strap includes an elastic base strap having first and second ends and a central portion secured to the second panel. A first strap portion has a first end secured to the first end of the elastic base strap and a free second end. A second strap portion has a first end secured to the second end of the elastic base strap and a free second end. A first waist strap fastener is positioned proximate the second end of the first strap portion, and a second waist strap fastener is positioned proximate the second end of the second strap portion.
SPORT TRAINING RESISTANCE BANDS
The sport training device includes a lower pair of resistance bands attached at a first end to a belt positioned around the waist of a user and at a second end to an ankle portion at an ankle of the user. An upper pair of resistance bands is attached at a first end to a shoulder portion at each shoulder of the user, at a second end to a leg portion that attaches proximate to each knee of the user and at a middle portion to the belt. A primary pair of resistance bands is attached at a first end at the shoulder portion, at a second end at the ankle portion and at a middle portion to the belt. Each pair of resistance bands strengthens a different portion of the body useful for the ideal golf swing.
RESISTANCE DEVICE
A resistance device for providing resistance. The device includes a flexible pulling element, a resilient arrangement and a transmission. The resilient arrangement has a first portion and a second portion. The second portion is resiliently movable relative to the first portion. The transmission connects the flexible pulling element to the resilient arrangement such that pulling upon the flexible pulling element moves the second portion relative to the first portion, and upon release of the flexible pulling element the resilient arrangement retracts the flexible pulling element. The transmission is a reduction arrangement such that pulling the flexible pulling element a distance moves the second portion, relative to the first portion, no more than a proportion of the distance. The proportion is no more than half.
JOINT SPARING WEIGHTED GARMENT
A joint-sparing weighted garment for effective weight loading and distribution of a user that mimics the anatomical distribution of muscle mass while providing support to the major joints through weight-avoidance areas. Additionally, strategic weight-avoidance zones are reinforced to provide compression to the joints in a circumferential manner lessening the stress and strain on major joints, tendons, and ligaments.
Resistance band exercise machine
A resistance band exercise machine for performing various exercises. An embodiment includes a housing for a cable-pulley variable resistance system. Some embodiments are configured to receive one or more safety bars to set a starting position of an exercise. Some embodiments include a training partner assistantship feature for a training partner to assist the user by imparting a secondary force on the machine. The configuration of the cable-pulley variable resistance system may be in any manner based on the exercise. In some embodiments, a user performs an exercise on the resistance band exercise machine to overcome a primary (e.g., resistance bands) and secondary (e.g., springs) sources of variably increasing resistance from the cable-pulley variable resistance system.
Multi-Position Strength Bar
A lifting apparatus having a bar with a shoulder bar supportable on a lifter's shoulders and a weight sleeve configured to receive at least one weight. The lifting apparatus includes an adapter that allows adjustment of the distal member to one of a plurality of different positions relative to a longitudinal axis of the shoulder bar.

Wearable Tension Apparatus
Exemplary embodiments contained herein include garments having biomechanical components including neurobands, posture mounts, expansion panels, and combinations thereof.
Enhanced Exercise Vest
An enhanced exercise vest for improving squatting exercise performance includes an upper portion; a bottom portion, the bottom portion including two front sections that wraps around a portion of the torso of the user and a back section; two shoulder straps; and two clasps or brackets. The two shoulder straps connect to a back surface of the main portion, the two shoulder straps to wrap around shoulders of a user, cross, and pass through a loop attached to the back section of the bottom portion. The two shoulder straps attach to each other across a front side of the bottom portion. Two clasps or brackets are attached to the two front sections of the bottom portion.
Medical protective and exercise restraint methods
Intended to prevent self-extubation of nasal or oral tubes of an awake patient who may reflexively attempt removal of such and allow the early mobilization and exercise necessary for preservation of as much muscle strength as possible, promotion of diaphragmatic motion necessary for liberation from a ventilator, reduction of patient stress allowing for sedation minimization and improved cognition for reduction of delirium and post-intensive care syndrome, and relief of medical staff and healthcare dollars to focus more on healthcare rather than on protection from self-harm.
